Brent was great. The prices were excellent and we even decided after the couch was delivered that the love seat would fit. Brent honored the price for the set even with an additional delivery. The delivery driver and his helper were top notch and very professional. Thanks for everything.

Huge difference in online price for a sectional I tried to buy. Owner made excuses and wouldn’t take responsibility for price being so far off but wanted to argue. He kept saying “he can’t control” and I was like, you can control your own website inventory and prices. He was super argumentative and defensive and wouldn’t stop arguing. I wasn’t even the slightest bit mad about it until the end when he got rude

Mattress was too hard and no refunds. My husband was late with a payment and they sent 2 strangers to my door with a notebook piece of paper saying we owed money. Scared me bc they didn't have uniforms or an invoice. We had never received a correspondence either. I almost called police thinking these guys were scammers. I called the store to verify. This "professional" company wasn't interested in why I was upset, they were only interested in getting their money. Ill never shop there again.

What a wonderful experience! After visiting six other furniture stores in the area, Mattress and Furniture Expo was the only one that actually had items in stock, ready to deliver to your home, and very competitively priced. Monty was AWESOME! The absolute BEST customer service we've experienced. They carry a variety of furniture and well built brands that are based in the U.S. such as Hughes Furniture and Lane Furniture. Delivery was a breeze and they graciously accommodated our hectic schedule. The delivery men (I believe their names were Elijah and Tanner) were amazing too. All around an absolutely wonderful experience. We are so pleased with our new chase sectional sofa and highly recommend Mattress and Furniture Expo. Thanks Monty (Brent, Elijah and Tanner)!

Absolutely the best customer service ( Brent W.) We have bought a a house full of furniture from here a year ago, 5 stars also to the men who set up our furniture with quickness and perfect set up. all the gentlemen i talked too in store and over the phone was so nice and helpful. i would definitely buy from them again! i love these! the only thing semi negative i would have to say is the younger guys that actually brought the couches, complained and said we could’ve got lighter ones, just little comments, but they were in and out so i didn’t give it much attention.

Got a lovely sectional. Perfect color, great size, and super comfortable. Everyone was super nice and couldn’t beat the price. Had it delivered, even the delivery guys were so pleasant. They even waited a few minutes for me to vacuum under the spot where the old couch was. It was a wonderful experience all around. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.
