Definitely the best muffler shop I've ever been to. I've been going here for years and won't go anywhere else. The man who owns the place is so knowledgeable and honest, which is hard to find these days. They have never tried to up sale me or sale me something I didn't need. His prices are unbeatable, and quality is top notch, I can't say enough about this place if you need a catalytic convertor, muffler, or any other exhaust work done, I would definitely check this place out.

if you want pro's doing your exhaust then dont go anywhere else these guys are really good and they are real people and are the only ones ill ever take my cars to and advise you to do the same

Love the place! I went in expecting a really high rate and to sit all day waiting for my repairs to be completed BUT, that was not the case. They took great care of me and replaced my Catalytic converter within minutes and I was on my way at a very nice rate. They were also surprisingly pleasant and kind people to be around and speak to… I highly recommend this business.

I've been there with 4 of my cars and each time for a little different service, each time I was there they done what I asked, they done it right and their pricing is very fair. Masterbend is where I will always go and recommend to everyone who needs some exhaust work done.Service: Exhaust

This place used illegal strong arm tactics to pressure a female friend of mine to have exhaust repairs done at an inflated price and told her that if she didn’t have the work done they wouldn’t let her have her vehicle back. All she did was take it there to get an estimate done, nothing else. These people are scam artists!

Warning warning these people are crooks dropped my truck off for full exhaust system they kept the truck for 24 hours and all they did was cut my muffler off and weld in a piece of pipe in and charged me $60 for a job I did not ask for. Make the drive to Chattanooga.Service: Exhaust

I called and asked if a service could be performed on my car. The individual I spoke with told me no and proceeded to ask what model my car was. I informed him in which he responded with he has the parts to fix it. They then proceeded to do a totally different service than I asked for. I was also charged more than I was told over the phone. When I asked if I could make payments on it, because I don’t know any 18 year old with $800 laying around, the individual was very rude and told me no. Will not be returning for further services.

2 out of the 3 people I spoke to were rude, I was very happy to finally get checked out and speak to the one nice person there. And when calling to make my appointment, I was about to ask about parking (because space is VERY limited there) and before I could say anything they hung up on me and sounded like they were in a rush, never even gave me a price estimate. Ended up being $100 for a single muffler delete(which I was not planning on spending that much, but the damage was already done) , which had pretty poor welding done on the pipes. I will add, when checking out with the nicer man there, he told me my $100 total, and the guy I spoke to on the phone walked past and said “I think the estimate I gave you on the phone was a few bucks too high” when I didn’t get an estimate originally anywaysNext time I need exhaust work I will be going elsewhere ?Service: Exhaust

If you want your exhaust done right this is the man with a plan. He took care of the insurance adjuster and all the paperwork. He stayed late to get me up and going and the man was funny as h$$l Masterbend is the way to. Go for all your exhaust needs

Fully equipped muffle shop.Very pleased with the work.Quick and to the point.Even helped me out with a resonator no extra charge.If your tired of being screwed over by the corporate mechanic shops.this is a good long standing local shop to bring your business to.
