Your co. Is awesome to me at home and when I travel! All that is require of you is to arrange your trip 2 weeks in advance. Your oxygen will be waiting for you. If you have an emergency. Lincare will still help you. I love having this co. Anywhere I go.

Terrible establishment. Staff answers phone with a tone of disregard. Referrals sent multiple times with zero feedback and a remark of not receiving. Responds to question with a question as to how would doctor know if we received or not. Highly recommend to have order sent to a different establishment!!

Poor place to do business with. You can never get them to answer the phone. You are very lucky to get the equipment you need. If you do get it is months after the doctor orders it. They need to fire the whole staff and start over.

I have had a bad experience with this Company. First it was never explained about a bank draft. We were told to sign and pay first Copay but not that they would use card for draft instead of billing. Second, Customer service sucks. It's hard to get someone on the phone to help. I had to order My own supply's from Amazon since my oxygen hose broke and I could not reach anyone by phone. We have canceled ALL services with this Company.!!Sherry Johnson

I think this company needs to be shut down. Folks shouldn't have to deal with these people. I have called everyday for a week now. I don't have enough oxygen for my heart - I cannot my blood oxygen is way down. C pap + oxygen machine is NOT working, and I can't get anyone to come out to fix it. My insurance company talked to them yesterday. Doesn't this company have to answer to anybody? UPDATE:Mark from Lincare was out here today if you are lucky enough to get him he's an amazing young man. He got my machine's up,and running like they should be. He definitely knows what he's doing + he's got a gentle kind heart that really cares about the patient. I would definitely rate him a 10+. A true asset to the Lincare Company.

The worst service! I’m not sure they got one thing right as a new patient trying to get C-PAP supplies that are covered by both our insurances. They didn’t call with instructions on a new C-Pap, they didn’t fill the order right and to get anyone to answer the phone number on the billing statement? Get ready for a very long wait!! Worse company

My grandpa had oxygen from Lincare for years before his lungs collapsed. When he had a medical emergency, he required a different set-up for his oxygen tank. With his lungs collapsed he could no longer use his walking one and needed a much stronger stationary one. The staff refused to help us with this and as a result my grandpa could not get enough oxygen. He died two weeks later. Thank you Lincare, for destroying what was such a happy relationship. He will now never get to be at my wedding or see me graduate college. I hope you are pleased with yourselves.

This company doesn't have good customer service AT ALL. My dad was sent home with Oxygen from the hospital and they delivered and set it up. Then when it came time to refill the portable tanks they claimed they didn't have any information regarding him in the system-BUT YET you delivered the equipment to his house! So I offered to pay to refill the tanks bc he needs this oxygen but bc he has no account all of a sudden, they can't refill it. They claimed when they forwarded it to his insurance company they no longer have it but one CSR already admitted he shredded it. If you forwarded it, you would have a copy of it. Every Dr. we have talked to about this has advised they are supposed to keep copies of these orders. Worst experience EVER. I would not recommend them at all. Pick another company from the beginning. If it would let me give 0 stars I would have.

The Cleveland office has an amazing staff who are very knowledgeable and cheerful ready to help you with whatever heath needs you have. BUT I hate dealing with the girls with bad English down in Florida who foe my Cpap supply orders they almost always get them wrong, no point ordering when I'm not going to get what I need. I want online supplies ordering it would make my life so much easier.

Isaac Does not have good listening skills at all my mask has been changed for medical reasons and he still sends me the one I CANT NOT USE now I’m going to have to wait for another week or two to get what I need. Other then that the other employees are good at what they do.
