Service reps have no idea what they're doing and need to keep their hands off vehicles and let the mechanics handle repairs. Guy tried selling me a new cabin filter that THEY replaced just two weeks prior. This dealership has turned ghetto.. last two times I visited the rap music outside was so loud I had to go inside to hold a conversion with my wife. I now take my KIA to Chattanooga.

We have been looking for an SUV for a few months . We have looked across TN and even into KY and GA with no luck. We have called many places and Cleveland Kia was the friendliest and most helpful.

Miriah was awesome, she helped us out with all the process and was very patience and understanding. Made a vehicle work for us when we wanted to trade in our old vehicle. I purchased a 2025 Kia Seltos from Kia of Cleveland. Austin was very helpful and made the experience stress-free! A month after the purchase, I ran over a nail, which damaged the tire, so Drake repaired the tire, and provided a complimentary wash. I am extremely impressed with Kia of Cleveland!!

My wife and I had been talking about a possible new car for some time and this past Saturday I gave in and said “let’s go .” I had a wonderful experience with a KIA dealership some years before and so we went to the nearest KIA which became “kia of Cleveland.” On our arrival we met Lance. That meeting became the beginning of a new family. Lance took us in and treated us like a mom and dad. He not only sold us a car, he sold us a dealership and a friendship for years to come. We then convinced our oldest daughter to come in and talk with lance who proceeded to find her a car. I was so impressed with the caring, go out of his way attitude that I came back the next day with another daughter who also bought a car and i myself bought one as well. This is a young man who deserves all that “Kia” can give to an employee. His dedication to the sale, his commitment to a potential buyer, and even his love for his job was a true joy to experience As a disabled Marine Corps veteran I commend this man and am thankful it was Lance that walked up and shook my hand.
