my husband bought a gold bracelet from them and it has already broken twice in different places.after that, I decided to pay for it to be repaired by them and reduce its size. it took about 2-3 weeks and they didn't return some of the gold they cut off. Turns out I should have warned them. anyway i will not go back to because the gold is of poor quality and doing repairs takes too long

I went in on Saturday and looked at purchasing a ring. I was shown the sale price with a warranty, the salesperson told us to come back on Monday that there was a bigger sale starting that day and it would be better pricing so I did, and to my surprise it was the same price as quoted on Saturday, they raised the base price from Saturday to Monday so the sale price percentage balanced out to cover the higher percentage off. I was blown away by the cheap tactics they employ to deceive the buyer. Terrible business practices.

I have always gotten my jewelry here and getting them fixed has never been an issue. Only down fall is I came to pick up and they were gone to lunch.
