They sold me a very nice car at a good price, plus everyone was polite and honest about minor issues with the vehicle. I will definitely check with them again next time I need a car!

Great people who value honesty! We’ve used JB motors for a few years now! If there is an issue with a vehicle we’ve been told upfront. Jamey is great at what he does! Would recommend to anyone who needs a vehicle!

We have bought several cars from Jamey over the last 2 years and he is the best! He always is so honest and gives us the best deal he can. He has worked hard to find us vehicles and always came through! I recommend anyone looking for a cheaper used car to contact them!!!

I bought two cars from them about two years ago. Both are still running great and I got a great deal on them. I am looking to get another truck for my son. I will always send people to them. They are honest about what is wrong with a car on their lot. Warned me about a truck the the transmission was bad.

Stay as far away from JB Motors in Cleveland, TN as you can! They claim to be “honest, Christian menâ€. I bought a 2009 Kia Borrego from them a little over a month ago. Once we got it, we took it to a shop to have MINOR maintenance done to it. They ended up telling us it was a $4000 oil leak and they had no idea where it even started because there was so much putty covering it up. Jamey sent my husband a text saying the person who ended up buying this vehicle, only put $250 into it. Neither of us believe that because we took it to THREE mechanics who all said the same thing and we have work orders to prove it. We take it back and did an “exchange†AND added another $400 to the cost of the (cheaper) “new†car, which was a 2007 Suzuki XL7. There were no shops open when we exchanged this car and took his word that it was just an O2 sensor that caused the check engine light to stay on. We took it the next day to a shop to confirm that and they tell us the problem is actually timing chains, which is $4-6000 to fix. Jamey and Josh Belk then tell us that Josh (the CAR SALESMAN) will take a look at the car and “see if he agrees with themâ€, ya know... the mechanics who do this every day for a living. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! When we tried to take them to court, Jamey called my husband and said “I thought we were friends. Why is Emily looking for a lawyer?†We found out TODAY that he has STILL not registered the car in my name and he was supposed to do that almost a month ago. He says he's been “busyâ€. They try to drill it into you that “these cars are used and there's no lemon laws in TN.†While that is true, you do have 72 hours to pull back from a car deal LEGALLY! We have texts that prove we tried to do that and he refused. We are currently working with our lawyer to take them to court. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
