I called for a Uhaul Truck. I asked for a "TON TRUCK SIZE" she didn't know what that was. Said Knoxville was the only place for that, REALLY?? I said it's a F350 or E350 size truck. People need to be trained on something sooo simple. Can't stand dealing with ignorance. Either train these folks or make sure they possess the WANT TO, TO LEARN!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KILLING BUSINESSES!

If I could give zero stars I would. After my interaction today, they will never get my business again. I live about two minutes walking distance to this convenience store ,yet in the future I will go out of my way before I ever go here. Mind you, i typically spend a minimum of $150 a week at this location. Today, being 4th of July and banks being closed, my direct deposit from my employer didn't hit,so I rolled some of my change to use for gas. I went in with two things of rolled quarters, equal to $20 cash,and you would have thought I offered her a shit sandwich with the look his privileged little "yes,woman" gave me.She turned and said something to her husband seated behind her and then he stood up to tell me, "they don't accept rolled change." I responded and said "You don't accept rolled change? You get it from the bank don't you?" In which,he looked at me and seriously said "We too good. Go down road. They take it on the corner." I used to run a local convenience store here in our town off Ocoee St. I loved when ppl brought me change, especially if it was rolled,because that kept me from having to go into the safe. You're usually only allowed so many times a days access to the safe,so if I didn't have to use one of my entries for $25-50 in change it worked out better for me and was accommodating my customers. For this couple to own a store in the area of town they're in and to turn customers away paying with change, I'm surprised they're still open. Today I needed to pay with rolled change, however tomorrow when my direct deposit hits and I need $80 in gas,my vapes and whatever else I used to buy in this store every week,I'll be going down the road. A little further out of my way, but with much better customer service and prices! As a matter of fact,i found my vapes for almost $15 less than what they charge here,at the Tobacco Mart beside Food City.And as for the wife, I know she doesn't come from behind that counter talking to people like that,because she would be missing her fronts! Imagine being in a country you're not a citizen of, where you don't pay taxes,yet you're afforded more liberties than tax paying citizens and yet you have the audacity to treat American customers who support you, this way. I hope every other American customer gets a glimpse that I did today bc if they do yalls ass will be going back to Turkey,Pakistan, Iran ;wherever it is yall came from to take advantage of the American ppl and your free ride would be over! You'll never get any more support from this American bitch you can bet your ass on that!! Only reason I'll be going to this store from here on out, is to go put random shit in the wrong place so Little Mrs.Privileged will have to work a little bit extra and come out from behind that counter some. You're welcome or hell who knows maybe ill get lucky and the universe will allow us to cross paths at Walmart or somewhere us Peasant Americans frequent thank you come again!!

I stopped at this gas station for some chapstick and a rockstar energy drink. Once I got in there I could not find the chapstick so I preceded to ask the manager where it was. He then asks me if I stole some tums that were on the shelf and asks me to empty my pockets in front of other customers. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service and completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Guy that works there named Sonny at the one on dalton pike south cleveland is an abolute racist they allow very rude and unprofessional behavior towards their customer .. Worst gas station in Cleveland or bradley county by far
