Paul and Julie are great! They stand by their word in there warranty policy. They're super friendly! Not as expensive as others I know.

Import Support helped me install a jdm EJ25DE into my 2008 outback. Julie ran me through the process and was very helpful, informative and quick to reply! They took care of the engine shopping which made the process less stressful! The cost for the engine install was also a fair price. The new Engine is working great! ? I would use this shop again!

Initially I had some concerns about the service I received but Julie worked with me to make sure I was happy with the final results.
I brought my car in today to get the head lamp assembly replaced expecting to spend 6 or 7 hundred dollars. After they started working on it they realized it didn’t need to be replaced. I ended up paying 2 hundred instead.
I would not hesitate to go back in the future and I would recommend them to somebody needing auto repair.

Julie said she was the owner, she is unprofessional and a lier. She charged me 96 dollars for diagnostics then said she would call me back with the price for the part. I called back a week later and she said she had the info written down and would call right back. Three hours latter she wouldn’t answer the phone and wouldn’t return my message.

I dropped off my 1991 Land Cruiser Prado imported from Japan — which is described as this company’s specialty — in August of 2022. My engine over heated and suspected I had a cracked cylinder head. My point of contact was Julie, who uses her personal cell phone as the business contact number, and never answered her phone or would only text me to let me know she was at her kids’ soccer game and couldn’t answer. Julie gave me an estimated 4 weeks to get my car in and at least take a look at it. After 8 weeks of being led on, I stopped by unannounced and noticed my car hadn’t moved an inch and no progress was made. After 4 months I told her I was going to pay for what little was done and have the vehicle shipped as is to Las Vegas where I currently am living. Magically the next day a pressure test was ran and new parts were ordered (she told me she had all of the parts ordered in October). I set a car transport for mid January and gave a date which she said she could meet (she did not). On the second scheduled date I was sent a video of my car running as proof of service and her explaining they test drove it for 30 minutes and had it running up to 80mph (my Prado maxes out at 65mph). When my car was delivered it would only crank no start. I took it to a shop who actually knows what they are doing and determined they used starter fluid to start it and failed to mention that to me before transport. If I thought they had the slightest bit of a clue, I would send my car back and have them pay for it since I dropped my car off with no issue starting. I have never written a review for any business on any platform ever until now. The name of the company “Import Support” is truly laughable. If you have an imported Land Cruiser or something of the like, you’d be better taking it to a plumber than this place. Terrible communicators, terrible overall service, and a terrible business. I wish the best of luck to all of their existing customers.

Please excuse my first review for whomever read it before I had a chance to correct my feedback. Import support is a great place with a staff that shows empathy and makes you feel like they genuinely care about your individual situation and not just a work order number on their job board. I plan on giving them all of my repair business anytime I need it, which I hope isn’t anytime soon ?
