I don’t care how desperate you are for internet, don’t use Hughes net. They never answer their phones, they’re internet doesn’t work, and they don’t work with you at all.

I was very hesitant to go with Hughes. But wow. I could not have asked for a better technician to come install my service. Tommy Lytle, You were so professional & careing. Right before tech got to my home. My Rusty Border collie got hit by a dump truck. He was so companionate and cared about what happened with my pup and I. By the way my pup is going to be ok. He's got 2 broken legs but I believe will recover. Thanks again.

My mom pays almost $70/month for this internet and it never works. Download speed is 0.72mbps and upload is 3.65mbps. This is trash. 0/10 do not recommend. Will be dumping it asap
