“I have used Best Buy Metal in Cleveland, Tenn. on several ocacions differant projests. Every sheet of metal is always cut to exact measurements I ask for..Always ready on time for pick up.
Counldn't ask for better peaple to deal with, everyone is absolutely first class. Great prices and great products.. The men in the yard they are on it, your not standing around all day waiting

“I needed some stainless steel, flat head, M4 x 8 and M4 x 12 bolts, and these guys had them! Great selection of fasteners, as well as taps, drill bits, and assorted tools and equipment. Service is top notch, and prices are excellent. Easy to get to, with a phenomenal taco shop a block away, and a private parking lot. Can't go wrong coming here.”

“My new go to place for plumbing supplies. I'm not a plumber but when you go in there the counter people know what you need, even explain how to take it apart and how to put it back together. I've gained so much knowledge from the counter staff and the occasional plumber that's also in there buying supplies. Probably have saved over a thousand $ in labor expenses had I hired the jobs out. Great job Wholesale Supply group. Lowe's and Home Depot don't even know what isle to look on for parts they might or might not have.”

“Nice, new facility with lots of good products (mostly). I'm a fan of HF as they have a lot of perfectly good tools for less $. The interesting thing is that pretty much all of their hand tools have a lifetime guarantee. I tested that when I had a clamp that broke and it was replaced without question. The employees in every HF I've been in have also been very helpful and friendly. Yes, I know that the products are Chinese made, but I look for value, not where something came from. I buy American made products too, but not all of them are exactly top quality either. Anyway, I would say try them out before writing them off.”

He saw it on the very top shelf, went and got the ladder and got the case down opened it and gave me one and stocked the shelf with the rest.”

“I have been impressed by the patience and courtesy most of the employees display - the older check out ladies especially. The other day I found an obscure hardware part that was not bagged or otherwise labeled. I needed it so I proceeded to check out knowing I was bringing a riddle to be solved. Without hesitation or snide looks, the lady knew it was a 3/8” tee bolt and looked up the price. No fuss or muss.
Last week I stopped into Lowes to get an item my PC said was in stock at a certain aisle and bin. Wonder of wonders it was there! This violates all norms for inventory management! There was a small line at the register, and a young man popped over to an adjacent unused register and started helping me. I saw his picture on the wall, and he was the store manager. I remarked what a nice store he ran, and his answer was perfect – “good people”.”
