This is my first time here, and I love it! I got 2 brand new sweaters with the original price tags, a vintage picture frame, a basket, and a comforter with shams for under $50. I'll definitely be back.

I am so over Habitat for Humanity! We have consistently donated good items and furniture to the Restore, as well as made monetary donations. I have a console table and a writing desk, both in perfect condition, that I wanted to donate to the Restore. I called and was told that they would not pick up the pieces because the table has a glass top. Excuse me, you've picked up in the past when it was glass. I'm 74, and my husband is 81 and getting over hip replacement; we can't take it to the Restore! NO MORE DONATIONS AND NO MORE MONEY!!! All these nonprofits want is money from your bank account. Not from me, not ever again! -Hope Atchley

Visited this store during a lull during a track meet at Lee University. There's a fairly large selection of decent used items. I needed to use a restroom and they said they did not have a public restroom. I could have shipped longer and spent more money with them, but with no restroom available, I had to cut my shopping short. The woman at the front desk had the personality of a clump of dirt. I will not be returning to this location. If you are going to be open to the public, your facilities need to accommodate your customers. Not to mention the items seem a bit overpriced. Don't waste your time.

UPDATE: This place has a " MAJOR PRICING PROBLEM!" I mean, some of the items are in "EXTREMELY USED,BROKEN,MISSING PARTS OR DAMAGED!" Several items were priced 175% over retail that sales New & upgraded versions! A lot of customers were talking about the outrageous prices. I met & spoke with one customer who was making a TicTok video about the overzealous prices while another customer was in need of "Thrift Store" due to lack of funds. This place accepts donations from local residents and local residents in need can't afford to shop at this location. The paint isn't always the color described, plus it's not returnable. However, it's another item that is overpriced.We tried to purchase items from a shelf in the customer shopping area. Michael said to a mgr. Laura, they should keep them!!! So we decided to let them KEEP EVERYTHING about $60.00 sales loss . Plus some of their prices are higher than RETAIL! Example sewing machine brand new $21.00 their price $30.00 I also contacted Laura by phone. Laura said, "She couldn't do anything!" I also forgot to mention that Michael rang up the item for a higher price. My husband informed Michael that it was marked a lower price.

I enjoy this store! Under new management this year, prices are stabilizing and the crew is very helpful! Give it a shot! New items added daily and throughout the day! Five stars for sure!

No one will let you use the bathrooms within five miles and they won’t let you use theirs either.
