Bought a suppressor with the Eform 4 system , pretty easy and straight forward and took about 7months to be approved bu was able to pick it up thar day. They stayed open a few minutes later so i could get it after work.

Knowledgeable staff and amazing selection, especially if you're looking for suppressors for you guns/rifles. Had my out-of-state guns and rifles sent their and they processed in no time. Would highly recommend Gun Works for your gun, rifle, suppressor, and your ammunition needs. I saw locals in the store the day I was there and store personnel knew them by their first name. Definitely recommend over any big box stores in the area.

Definitely the better gunshop in town, ben has been nothing but exceptional at locating and ordering anything I need with some of the best prices in town. Would highly recommend this as your go to gunshop.

Made my first trip here, and was very pleased. They were very friendly and helpful, and even though the retail space is somewhat small the selection was impressive. After being treated poorly at every local shop in Chatt since moving here, this will be my new LGS for sure. We’ll worth a 25 minute drive to actually be treated like a customer.

Cool little place full of firearms, surpressors and tons of firearm accessories. Just bought a surpressor there today 4/20/22. Will update this review once the tax stamp is returned and I can pick up my surpressor. My first surpressor took 1 year 1 month and 3 days (NOT PURCHASED AT GUN WORKS) from the date of purchase at another local Cleveland dealer before I could pick it up. I heard good rumors that Gun Works was a lot faster and now with E File hopefully it will be less than 90 days. They also take all fingerprints electronically which was nice! The help there was great too, on point and made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely do more business here in the future.

Best shop in south East TN bar none. It’s small, but they will probably have what you are looking for. If they don’t, they will help you find it. I have used them as my FFL/SOT for the last five years, even after I moved to Knoxville. The people, service and level of trust are unmatched. Specifically, Ben Vincent helped me through multiple suppressor purchases(held my hand and basically did everything for me.)Bottom line, these guys know what they’re doing, are passionate about it and want to help you along your way.Still living in Knoxville, still willing to drive an hour+ for these guys.
