I bought 5 items today and was charged for 6. Didn't notice it till I got home and looked on my receipt. The cashier's really need to be careful when ringing up things.

Ridiculously priced THRIFT store. Dollar items priced $5 and higher. I do not recommend this particular Goodwill. Others are mich more reasonable.

If you are in the hunt for clothes and shoes, head to this Goodwill. The store footprint is smaller so it does not have a lot to offer in the furniture department, but it is packed with great clothes by name brands. The housewares section is small but you can still find treasures on the shelves. I found a mid-century modern carafe and a metal plate holder that will be perfect for 9x12 paintings. Staff is very nice and parking is close and plentiful. It is next to Habitat for Humanity so you can hit two places if you are a thriftier.

I went thrifting today and got to the goodwill and started shopping when I had an overwhelming urge and needed a bathroom immediately. I was refused this by the employee who not only insisted they didn't have a bathroom, when I insisted I wouldn't make it across the shopping center into a grocery store I had no intentions on spending money she held the door open and insisted I leave in my panicked state. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated and treated so poorly somewhere I intended to spend money. I refuse to ever shop where I am not permitted to use a bathroom. A public restroom is the cost of doing business.

I've been to every Goodwill in the Cleveland, Athens, and Knoxville area and this was by far the worst experience I've had. The worker named Carco there working was extremely rude towards me. Didn't welcome me when I walked up to check out and basically threw my bag at me when leaving I said Thank you and no reply. I've never been treated this poorly at any other Goodwill store before. Definitely won't be going back.

Came along way to shop here today. Trying to get my granddaughter clothes due to their home flooding and they lost alot of stuff. She is 9 and needed to use the bathroom very bad. They had it blocked off. We can shop there but cang use the bathroom. Especially a child. Very upsetting. Will never go back there again.

If you don't mind shopping with the smell of mildew and feet assaulting your nostrils then you might find a good deal here. I have a few items but it's usually best to go to their north side location because it only smells like feet in that location and they have a bigger selection.

I can never go in for one item and leave with one item. Great service to our community.
