We shop there occasionally for sales, otherwise it is not affordable. Store is clean and well stocked. Parking is a nightmare and be prepared to wait awhile to get checked out.

I just wanted to take a moment and give praise to the lady that served me today for lunch. Her name was Antonietta. I hope food city rewards and treasures her employment with their company. She is a true asset. It is hard to find such helpful, pleasant, kind, genuine people, in this day and age. Her love for people is evident. She should be recognized for such authenticity, and dedication for providing great customer service.

Since Food City is now the primary grocier in the area, I go there quite often and lord have mercy, I can rack up the fuel visits, yet the managers have put a bad taste in my mouth. Bringing managersm from old stores obviously was not a smart move , because they lost me as a loyal customer and with a whole 5 % you save with them for spending $300.00, welI it just aint adding up. I can get two of the items that are more costly at Publix, BUT I can overlook high pricing if I am treated by friendly people and motthe workers are fine, its the big hair and big problem little man that sound rediculous when trying to come up with a legitimate reason for their opinion and that is just what was discussed, nothing rhat rhe if I spend 300 or close to it every Friday or I am a customer service representative for luxury brand and if I ever heard a×our representatives talking to a customer the way the little complex man did I, well then I would encourage HR to dig further into the managers and how they address customers or require that they provide some higher reducation courses in areas such as ethics or cintinuing education courses online so they don't run off the next customer that spends over half of each of their paycheck IA in there

Went in to buy the 8pcs. Chicken on sale when you purchase two. Today was the first day of the sale. Was only 12:30 no chicken available. Was told it would be about 30 minutes. Finished my shopping, 30 minutes passed, still no chicken. Girl said they just started breading it and it would be another 30 minutes. Left! Headed to check out, lines backed up to the aisles! Self check out you can only have 15 items now. REALLY! THIS USE TO BE MY FAVORITE STORE! Got doughnuts from the bakery. They were stale!

Good grocery store, but their deli should not be as bad as it is. They just remodeled the whole store and yet their deli is still serving sub par food.
