Waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come to customer service and help me and the gentleman who had already been there 10 or more minutes before we got there. And the woman who finally showed up acted like she didn't even want to do her job! She acted as if we were bothering her. Not friendly at all. Borderline rude to me but flat out rude to the man before me. Will probably not be back to this location

Self check out is now 15 items or less. I literally will not be back due to this sole decision. Give people to freedom without restriction to choose whether they want self check our or the other.
