Absolutely terrible. My prescription was faxed in yesterday evening about 5:15. I couldn't make it to the pharmacy in time because they closed at 6:00. Showed up today when they opened at 12. :00 they said they just got it now on their computer which is not the truth. I was right there when they fax it in from the hospital then they told me I have to wait for 20 minutes. Never going back here again.

Ive started switching my prescriptions to Food City Pharmacy because I can get a better price on them here. I recently started a new med, and when I got home I realized it was a different form of the med than I expected. I called in to ask if there was a mix up and the pharmacist was soo nice. He clarified what the script/Dr direction said and patiently explained the meds to me. I really appreciate everyone here.

Our family uses this pharmacy a few times a month. The staff is not friendly. My experience with Haeven is always sub par. She never smiles and she is quick to finish the transaction without even asking for my Valucard. I get it, you're busy, but you work with customers. Try being friendly. I gave two stars because they always have the medicine we need in stock and it is filled in a timely manner.

The deli at ocoee crossing cleveland Tenn is awful. The food is dryed out. Chicken was so tuff instant mashed potatoes. The guy didn’t know a chicken breast. Yea was horrible.

I just bought a Cherry Pie from the Bakery section in Galax, and wanted to say that it is the best fruit pie I've ever bought from a chain grocery. Most times the crust is horrible. The crust on this pie was flaky and very good. I've tried pies from a bunch of different stores and this is definitely the best ever.

Love Food City. Run in pick up a hot meal at the deli or a prepacked salad and snack bin for work. Swing by the pharmacy for my prescriptions. Or simply do prder pickup for a big grocery order. Love shopping here.

The worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. The clerk was inept on the phone and couldn’t understand a simple transfer request. When I arrived, I was met with a sign that GoodRX is not honored for certain drugs. As I had my prescription transferred to this pharmacy specifically because of the price they listed, they wanted to charge 7x the price and the pharmacist smugly told me I couldn’t fill it for two more days because “February only has 28 days!” Really?

I love food city! Been shopping there since I was 15. They have the best bakery deli as well as a wonderful produce and meat department. Plus they have low prices. And the food club brand is always as good as name brand. The pharmacy is amazing I get all my meds there and I get fuel points for buying My groceries there and getting my meds there. So when I fill up on gas on Wednesdays I get 30 cents off per gallon. You just can’t go wrong with Food City! They’re the best grocery store period!!!
