I just bought a Cherry Pie from the Bakery section in Galax, and wanted to say that it is the best fruit pie I've ever bought from a chain grocery. Most times the crust is horrible. The crust on this pie was flaky and very good. I've tried pies from a bunch of different stores and this is definitely the best ever.

It's great to buy groceries at Food City and earn points toward $0.15/gal of gas at Gas 'N Go. Typically, gas is a bit cheaper than at other locations, which is great nowadays.

I love food city! Been shopping there since I was 15. They have the best bakery deli as well as a wonderful produce and meat department. Plus they have low prices. And the food club brand is always as good as name brand. The pharmacy is amazing I get all my meds there and I get fuel points for buying My groceries there and getting my meds there. So when I fill up on gas on Wednesdays I get 30 cents off per gallon. You just can’t go wrong with Food City! They’re the best grocery store period!!!

This store has everything you could need to pick up without the craziness of those bigger name stores. Very clean and was organized properly so the aisles are easy to walk down.
