“We recently moved to the area and we wanted to upgrade our TV and get a sound bar. I found this business through G Maps and was interested based on their review history. Well, their history became my present and I was glad I took the bait. Spoke with the rep about what I wanted, the recommendation was easy to approve for our needs, and the purchase was made. We needed the TV and sound bar mounted, so they provided that service and had a mount for purchase. About 1.5 weeks or so and it was time for the delivery and install. Two gentlemen came to the house, took their time installing it and ensuring it was done correctly. Minimized their mess as much as possible and took all the excess stuff away. They explained how things worked, how to get the best out of our experience with the TV/sound bar and bam! Great experience all around. One caveat, they did not have the length of 8K HDMI cables I needed at the store so I had to go 3rd party.”

“This is a large clean store. When you think of these big box stores you think they are all alike but you realize when you are traveling that they carry items for that area too. So, sometimes It is fun to find products you can't get at your home store. Self checkout was fine and I only got two products. Since I am visiting the area not sure if I will be back unless I end up staying in Cleveland TN again. The store is an anchor to a mall that is right by the Hampton Inn we are staying at.”

We went to Verizon and were very disappointed and felt like we were being taken advantage of, even though I had always had Verizon previously, and this was my number one pick. My husband convinced me to go to T-Mobile, and we were able to get a very reasonably priced plan and upgrade our devices with promotions. David waited on us and was very personable and did an amazing job at getting us the services we needed, and was honest and straightforward. The manager was very present and helpful as well. As someone who has been a Verizon customer for 15+ years, I was very pleasantly surprised with this experience and would highly recommend the Paul Huff T-Mobile location, and David!”
