Just went in to try and buy a small microwave found what I was looking for but could not get anyone to get me one . The store was empty on this Sunday morning 5/19/2024 so I leave as I was leaving all the employees where up front near the entrance none of them even bothered to ask if I needed anything. I guess social media is more important than a customer. I will not be back

We bought a stove here. The sales girl, Lindsey, was exceptionally good. Very knowledgeable and helpful. However the stove delivered had a broken knob and my wife attempt to push it back onto the pin, it popped very loudly and the circuit breaker was popped too. We called because the delivery guys were gone and at first they wanted to send a repair guy out 2 days later on a Saturday. No way! What if it needed parts? Wait another 2 days or so for that too!? So they agreed to bring us a new stove on Saturday instead. It was delivered but I overheard one of the delivery guys complaining that we should have had it repaired and not get a replacement. Insulting? Yes. If he kept his mouth shut I probably wouldn't have given it 3 stars.

Went into the store looking for headset for my son. Found a pair that had a sale sticker infront of it. When they rang it up it was 10 dollars more than the sale sticker. Said he couldn't honor the sales price because it had expired. That is an awful way to do business. If the sale had end the day before then they should have taken the price off the item. The sales guy said they haven't had time to take the tag off, but it was after 1pm the next day. I think they were just hoping no one would notice the bump in prices and make a few extra dollars.

So, has a company you are ok with having a sale sticker on a product, days past the expiration date, in small print to mislead your customers. That is a very underhanded ploy to exploit your customers. You can wash over this if you would like, those stickers should be taken off the end of day when the sale ends. I'm sure you are more than willing to price match to any arbitrary number you find, as long as it is from you store website or your stores Amazon page. When I showed your staff the same product on Amazon from a different seller they refused to acknowledge it. To come back to this post to lie and make excuses for your poor performance is absurd. You obviously don't care about your customer base or future sales. As a company that wants to make money you have a funny way of showing it.

I been looking into buying a surface pro and was overwhelmed with the variety of types...Jay Patel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. I explained what I was wanting and the comfort of it and he knew exactly which one was right for me..he even went through the other options and differences before I even had to ask... I am very pleased with the experience and comfortable with my decision which is rare these days lol.. thank you Jay!
