I had a bad experience with Yates. Perhaps someone from the company will look into who they sent out. Fri, Feb 16 around 630pm. Paul Huff Parkway and Lee hwy. Husband was in an accident in his red Toyota Tacoma. The guy who came out was terribly rude. He seemed bothered to even be there. He seemed put out when we asked if we could retrieve items from the truck. He didn't offer up the name of the place the truck would be towed to. He seemed annoyed when I asked for the address. He barely spoke and when he did, he was rude. The last thing you need when already a mess from an accident, is some jerk treating you like an inconvenience as they tow away your crumpled up vehicle. I'm in the mindset to go on all social media platforms and warn my friends not to use this company. I know I never will again. If the police offer to call them, ask for someone else.

Called to get a tow. Was told it would be there soon, they messed up and cancelled it and I ended up waiting 2 hours when it should have been 15-20 minutes. No discount was provided

wish we could rate higher than 5stars! Brian with Yates towing helped my family in a desperate situation and did so with a positive and friendly attitude. Long story short, my family was traveling through town heading to Louisiana and our truck was having mechanical issues (while we were hauling our 43" fifth wheel camper on top of it all) and we were stuck at an intersection blocking traffic. Brian was dispatched to us quickly and efficiently got our truck and RV safely to a local auto shop. Our crappy situation was made a little better being accommodated by Brian with Yates towing company!

Do not use Yates! They gave us a price of $561.53 to tow my car to their lot,store it and take it to the auction . Then when we went to pay they had jacked the price all the was to $895.00. i think they just take advantage of people at a hard time in their life like after a wreck!

1. Said to bring cash. I brought cash. Said "we can't make change. We're a towing company, not a bank." Told me to leave when I suggested they tell people to bring exact change.2. Didn't ask where to leave the vehicle - didn't notify me when they got here.Don't let your insurance call these people for anything.Talked with Shasha a week later - said she would handle it.Service: Local hauling

Had to get my car towed I broke down in my own drive way it wouldn’t start and our drive way is small and difficult to get in and out of. He was wonderful !! He got my car on the tow truck without hesitation and did a wonderful job doing so , he was also super friendly and told me he would be sure to get it to the mechanic shop safely .
