My family purchased 3 vehicles within a month from Don Ledford Chevrolet. That should speak volumes! Two were new 2024 and mine was a used 2018. It didn’t matter if we were buying new or used, or if the men in the family were purchasing or the female. Common courtesy and respect was shown. Samuel and Matt were fantastic in sales, as they each cared that the transaction was good for each of us. I highly recommend Don Ledford Chevrolet!!

WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⛔️ WARNING ‼️ Back again with another hardcore critic. Unfortunately there is good and bad reviews. Well this is not a good one.be posting pictures of the paperwork people be aware when you sign something so important has purchase of a new vehicle wait for my detailsI’ll be back again with the final say on this matter.BEWARE PEOPLE BEWARE PEOPLE LIES TO GET THERE WAY HOPE THIS PERSON DONT BE IN BUSINESS LONGWAKE UP PEOPLEWe went and looked at a truck and liked it and the price. And Samuel. Brought us in a deal and we rejected it because there's only gonna give us 12,000 for a trade-in. And he brought the other paper that showed was getting 18,000 for a trade-in and had where they made the price higher the vehicle which meant we was only getting 13,000 for the trade-in. And we agreed to the price then when we got to financing because it was late and I was about to close the restless through there really quick signed, and signature after another didn't even give us a chance to read. And the salesman said he was going to send us some cookies which we never got so he lied about that too very crooked dealership. You can see in the photos two different contracts. Which they tricked us.

Drove 50 miles hoping for a better experience than my last two at mountain view Chevy in Chattanooga. I arrived early and my truck was immediately taken back. Service took about two hours. Waiting room was clean and had coffee and magazines. Staff was friendly, particularly Jon (I think that's the right guy). Price was higher than quoted online, but otherwise I'm happy

My experience with Don Ledford was outstanding. I wanted a Tahoe they had in transit. It only took a few days to come in, and the process was seamless. We worked with John Binkley, and he was most helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.

We went and looked at a truck and liked it and the price. And Samuel . Brought us in a deal and we rejected it because there’s only gonna give us $12,000 for a trade-in. And he brought the other paper that showed was getting $18,000 for a trade-in and had where they made the price higher the vehicle which meant we was only getting 13,000 for the trade-in. And we agreed to the price then when we got to financing because it was late and they was about to close . they brought us to the loan department where they brought us through there really quick had us to sign very quickly and very anxious, discouraging us from reading anything .we. didn’t even give us a chance to read. And the salesman said he was going to send us some cookies which we never got so he lied about that too . very crooked dealership. You can see in the photos two different contracts. Which they tricked us. Now a update we got the cookies. They sent them after the review. But the cookies was the minor thing, the trade in value being cheated out of specially, since we was offered $16,000 from other dealerships. For our truck. Then making us think we’re getting $18,000 for the trade-in when really we’re just getting $13,000. That was the big blow.

Samuel was extremely patient and helpful during the whole process. Most car dealerships pressure you the moment you arrive, and he didn’t pressure us at all. I would highly recommended anyone looking to purchase a car to check out this dealership. There are still good honest people around. They were absolutely amazing!

Harold Jones at Don Ledford Automotive Center was a very professional, courteous & informative sales person. He answered my questions about the vehicles at the dealership, and when I explained what type & size of vehicle I was looking for, and what price range, Harold was able to help me find the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. I am very thankful that Harold was the person who assisted me and helped me through the whole vehicle purchasing process. Harold is really a great example of the professionalism & great customer service at Don Ledford.

I had a wonderful experience with Don Ledford Automotive!! They were super helpful and friendly! I have been with a family member 2 different times to purchase vehicles at other places, and I must say that Don Ledford Automotive was painless compared to those times! They don't drag things out or make you wait around!! It was all around a great experience!! I would highly recommend them!! I had the pleasure of working with John Yow, and he made the experience all the more better!!

I will start by making it clear, I am not a fan of purchasing a new car. I don't like the typical atmosphere of a car dealership and most car salesman.I called Don Ledford Automotive because they had a mid-sized truck coming in and I was very interested in looking at it. They put me in touch with Luke Norman to discuss the truck. Luke was awesome. His casual demeanor while maintaining the edge of professionalism made me comfortable during the process. It seemed apparent to me that he was new to the car salesman business, but he was very personable and brought a nice quality of trust and personal concern when discussing the sales process. We looked at a few vehicles and when I decided on a specific truck, Luke was very instrumental in helping me work through the purchase process and provided a clear communication channel to make the purchase painless. Overall my experience with Don Ledford Automotive Center was positive and I left a happy customer with a new to me truck that I love.

You have probably done the last service work for me that you will get to do other than to install the other module that GM had failed to provide and maybe any other warranty work I may need.I called in advance to schedule this oil change and tire rotation as well as the installation of the two modules for the heated seats and heated steering wheel. I had previously brought it in when notified that the heated seat module was ready to install. That attempt failed because of a faulty module, or so I was told. I wasted 1/2 a day waiting on nothing and was told I would be notified when another module came in. I never received that notification. So when I scheduled this oil change, I asked about both modules and was told they were both in and I should plan on leaving the truck rather than waiting because it would take at least three hours. Don Ledford does not provide a ride home of pick up unless you live in the city of Cleveland. I live 36 miles away in Ringgold, GA and was told they could not help me with a ride. I get that, but that means I have to arrange someone to pick me up and take me home as well as getting someone to take me back to pick up the truck. That is at least a 40 minute trip each way and I arranged friends who could bring me home and take me back.Surely you can understand my exasperation when upon arrival at the dealership I was told the module for the heated steering wheel was not even available for my truck from GM. Yes the Heated seat module was available and would be installed. So I took my ride home and little more than arrived home when I received a call the the truck was ready to pick up. In other words I was mislead about the time needed and should have just waited.I did explain my situation when I called to schedule the work and would have been fine with waiting a couple or even four hours for the work, but the last time when the module was defective, assuming I wasn't lied to , I waited at least three hours, without the oil change involved.Oh, and I have yet to have the tire rotation done properly.The first time they forgot to reset the tire pressure monitors and reset the pressure in the front and back tires that are supposed to be set and 60 lbs on the front and 80 lbs on the rear. I fixed the tire pressure myself but had to return the truck to Cleveland again 37 miles there and back to get the TPM reset.The second time they reset the monitors but didn't set the tire pressure correctly. Apparently the technicians can't read the proper pressures shown on the door frame.I reminded the service writer this time that they needed to reset the TPMs and be sure and set the pressure correctly. I think they reset the TPMs, but again they can't seem to get the pressure set correctly. It makes me wonder what else they fail to do correctly, if they can't get something so simple done right.I need a recommendation for a decent GMC service center so I don't have to go back to Don Ledford. I can't afford to keep driving that distance for much less than satisfactory service.
