“I love going to the Dollar Tree. But since it's been a $1.25 I think they need to change their name a dollar and above because they've got things that cost more money there. It was much more fun shopping there when it was a dollar for everything. But inflation. Instead of getting five for a dollar each now you only get four for five dollars.”

“The absolute cleanest and most stocked DG's not just in Cleveland but in the entire state of Tennessee! They also have an excellent team of employees that are always so helpful & knowledgeable of questions I may ask?! Especially the Asistance Manager, Aaron! He definitely works well with time management, friendly and smart, with excellent customer service and leadership skills! The only thing I see room for improvement, is to get rid of those dead beat young ladies that call in all the time ,including but not limited to NEW YEARS DAY,Black Friday ,4th of July , well u get my point. David is also a hard worker, as well as Amber ( the manager) if you are ever in the area. I highly recommend it!”

“Clean and organized with helpful employees. Today I went to buy clearance Christmas and it was neatly displayed. I went to check out and realized I didn't have my card. I had some money on me but I was $16 short. Emma was nice enough to help me count out change from my change jar that was in my car. She never acted annoyed . She was genuinely happy to help me. This is what s store should be like. Thanks again Emma !!!”

“The Dollar General on Georgetown road, the staff is wonderful they would do anything to help you they're very friendly and you actually get to know them. If you were seeing this dollar general before the new manager took up for it was horrible I would have had it being that girl walking in and taking over that store it was so just messed up! They do try very hard to keep it clean and the parking lot's always clean I mean it is a really clean Dollar General and I appreciate that. My only problem is and it's just not that Dollar General it's all of them here in Cleveland and it's actually the company itself they run ads you know sell ads and stuff but then none of the Dollar generals have that product and you know stock when you go to get it that week That's very aggravating also every time I go to one and I mean all of them here in Cleveland it shows one price but when you go and pay for it it's actually more and that's very frustrating because sometimes people are budgeted and they are walking there so like $10 and they think that's what they're spending and it comes out to be four or $5 more that's a problem. that yes I love my Dollar General up here and the girls are fabulous it's the company their self that's not that I'm happy with. Thank you girls!”

“There are a multitude of Dollar Generals to pick from in my area. This one is one I don't stop at normally just bc I'm not normally in that area. But it was very clean , service was quick and friendly. They were out of somethings, not things necessarily pandemic related, so I'm not sure if that's normal for this location or not. I would recommend it for a quick stop for a few items though!”

“I was just in this store and experienced a medical emergency and the staff was wonderful and very helpful.....they called EMS to assist and there was also another female customer who assisted me also....the employees & other customers were VERY helpful and tried to get me help as well as trying to get me further assistance and help me stay calm ....Thank You Dollar General Staff & Bradley County EMS for all your assistance in my time of need. “It's definitely just your standard/normal Dollar General....I have to say that I've experienced some ruder than just the normal "I'm having a bad day" type of employees quite often. The worst one being an actual manager ?? I haven't actually been treated so badly by a manager in my life at any store for that matter...or anyone at an actual DG either. Not sure if that particular manager still holds employment there or not. The incident referenced that I experienced was around December sometime of last year ? but I thought it was important and something worth mentioning tho...”
