My sister and I were in CVS, Cleveland, TN, on Ocoee St. today, looking for some medical products. Lindsey, in the pharmacy, came to our rescue and not only directed us, but took us to the needed products aa well as answering questions. What a valuable employee! She’s a keeper, CVS!Janice McClung

I have to give it a 3 just because of how long the lines be and it hard to get out of the parking lot. But other then that it a great store. Very clean and organize peoples really friendly. They have a minute Clinic. Great makeup selection. Also, I did buy some lashes in the magnetic glue was dried out so I may venture from the lashes. But that was my first time with lashes so I think it was just because it was a bad one. Think that all be like that. Not a big section for men’s hair-gel. Was looking for something for some for my son that was matted. Found it but just not a huge selection at all.

Don't waste your time and money...if your negative for anything but still feel terrible...they will tell you to go buy Tylenol. Sit 2 hours at AFC...at least you'll get a shot or something to help relieve your symptoms.

I made 3 appointments online for the RSV shot. About 90 minutes before 1st appointment, it was cancelled. Second appointment, again 90 minutes prior to appointment, it was cancelled. I made a third appointment and arrived on time. Lady at the counter stated unless I paid $350 for the vaccine, I could not receive it. CDC recommends this shot to be given for anyone 60 years of age and older. Whether your insurance if private (as mine is) or not, there should be absolutely NO charge and NO copay.Lastly, this is not the first time I have received bad, discourteous and uninformed services from CVS. I now have moved all prescriptions to another pharmacy. I also did not have to schedule my RSV vaccine with the new pharmacy. I simply called, they told me to just walk in and I did. I am now vaccinated without charge. This is what was suppose to happen. I will never use or shop at CVS again.

Great Customer service. The pharmacy is always on their game. Which is great, most pharmacies make you wait or out of stock. I even get a text to come pick up my prescriptions.

Horrible pharmacy. Pharmacist is always rude - has called me names and screamed at me even when I’m begging her to be more professional. They won’t contact other pharmacies if they cannot get your meds. They won’t contact their supplier stating it’s not their job. They directed me to contact their supplier, their supplier couldn’t realease info and said to have pharmacist call them. I called and told pharmacist this, who said she would do it if she had time. Then kicked me out of the pharmacy stating I called them too much and didn’t accept that they wouldn’t help me get my meds. Don’t advocate for yourself or your health here or you will be retaliated against and have them abuse their power and withhold your medications

Let me start out by saying I’ve used CVS for years. I only go to the doctor when I am REALLY sick. They loose my medicine or the request for it like every other time. They’re rude and unprofessional as can be. USE WALGREENS!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP.

My husband is diabetic. I have tried to get a prescription filled for about a week. I ask the person in the pharmacy if they could locate it somewhere else. She told me that wasn't her job. When CVS was on the south side of Cleveland they went above and beyond to help people. Transferring all my Family's prescriptions somewhere else. They will be a little less busy.

CVS charges the price they choose regardless of GoodRx coupon. Today I had two prescriptions filled using GoodRx coupons, and CVS decided to charge me a different and (of course) more expensive price, stating, “You DO know the price GoodRx gives you may not be the same as ours.” That is strange because it hadn’t been 5 minutes since I had searched for the coupon. I will never have a prescription filled there again. They are dishonest.

The floor is clean. Merchandise are easy to reach. The cashier was helpful when I could not find what I needed.

Back then it was a older lady that helped me with personal life choices when I was a teen I’m sure she’s not there no more but she used to work here and the place helped a lot with how organized it is.
