Yet again 25th street CVS in cleveland tennessee was a disappointment. You all really need to get more people and stop relying on self checkout! Again disappointment. Good luck I only come in there to use my coupons. Good luck and please get some people who actually want to work.

This pharmacy is not like it used to be. There are only 1 or 2 friendly people there. You cannot call and get a live person now. You have to ask for the front of the store, then be transferred. If i can give 2.5 stars i would. If it was not for my insurance i would change companies.

I'm currently standing at the counter where there is no line and 4 pharmacists talking to each other and laughing. I come to this pharmacy quite often and am ignored for at least 2 minutes before im acknowledged at all.
