I walked right past the clerk in my way to the front as she was leaving the register with several items in my hand, obviously headed to the check out. She ignored me because I didn't ring the bell. I guess they have enough profit to ignore customers. I will not be coming to this store or any other CVS in the future.

They were waaaaaay more helpful & waaaaay more friendly than my own CVS Pharmacy on Stuart Rd! The one on Stuart Rd (Jennifer) was very curt/rude & apparently a short temper! Then proceeded to speak to me as if I were incompetent on how to use a stupid app! If you choose a CVS...go to this one or one in APD 40!

We came in for rapid testing and the lady who dealt with us was extremely rude. She yelled at my husband about his insurance company's name because he was taking too long to answer her. I've never been spoken to in such a disrespectful way.
