To paint the picture, I drive a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4xe Hybrid. I took my car in initially for a recall of the defrost system and it was taken care of and went well. However I also had an engine light that was on at the same time of my recall service after I experienced a really bad storm in TN back in may 2024 that knocked my power out and tripped my power in my home. At the time I had my jeep plugged and charging. Since then my jeep has been giving me the message "service hybrid electric vehicle system" and that’s what prompted me to leave my vehicle in dealership care. Hannah Wilson has been such a great person with keeping the line of communication open throughout the entire process. My Jeep was in their care from Tuesday, August 6th 2024 until Tuesday, September 10th 2024. I was offered a loaner for the time of service while they worked on it which was great because I still had to work and run errands. See attached image below for cause and repair that was done. But overall Hannah and her team has done a really great job on looking after my jeep and making sure the parts were fixed . Its very rare that I have an experience like this from a dealership but this has been perfect. Thank you all so much again for all your help. Highly recommend this dealership and Hannah as your advisor.

Hannah Wilson goes out of her way to try to make my service experience as painless as possible. I have a Jeep that is constantly in the shop and Hannah has always done her best to get it fixed as quickly as possible and does her best to get me a loaner car while mine is broke. Definitely would recommend her to anyone who uses Jeep of Cleveland.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 from Crown of Cleveland. I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Jacob Buckner was up front and very pleasant to work with. Working with Colby was by far the best experience I've ever had with purchasing a new car. He worked so hard to stay within my budget. I don't even have the best of credit, and that had me worried, but I drove out with the car I loved and the payment I could afford. He definitely took his time and didn't push me to hurry up and buy until I was happy. Thanks, Colby, for not being what I call the typical pushy salesperson and making me feel like I mattered. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
