The last 14 years they have cared for our fur family. Baxter and Sport have been treated with care and compassion. We love the grooming Baxter receives they always greet with a smile. We even board both dogs with them when we are out of town. I will always recommend Community Animal Hospital.

These people are seriously angels. My cat suddenly got three infected abcesses a couple months ago and she was on deaths door, I was a mess. But Dr. Barnett and their vet techs saved my cat and were so incredible in communication, effort, and compassion. They worked with me more generously than was required and I am so grateful for everything done. The ladies at the desk are so sweet and helpful and I had several showing me serious empathy when I was emotional. I can't recommend this place enough.

My family and I just relocated to the area from Georgia last week. The circumstances in needing immediate vet care has been a financial set back due to our old neighbor’s dog attacking one of our babies as we were getting ready to move last Monday. Our vet in Georgia told us when we got to Cleveland we needed to have our baby seen the following day to have an assessment of the surgery they had performed. I am beyond pleased and blessed with the care my Brynni has had with the staff of both locations with this vet office. I am so appreciative of the kindness and service my sweetheart has received. My heart thanks you all and I am happy I have a place for my aussies needs ♥️I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a place that shows their care towards your fur baby. Thank you again y’all and seeing this in my mailbox today made me smile

We have had nothing but excellent care at the new office Southeast Vet Clinic seeing Drs. Kirksey & Sneed and then at the main office in an emergent situation last Saturday with Dr. Burnette. Iris was given the utmost care while she was there.

I am really disappointed in this animal hospital i hospitalized my puppy here and every day i had to call them for updates on my puppy she had contracted parvo and had a nose bleed. Everyday they were telling me not to stress and that she was improving everyday and was doing great they never imformed me or made me feel like my puppy was declining and that they didnt see a possibility Of her surviving. The only time they called me was sunday to let me know when they came in my puppy had passed. There was no sympathy there was no detailed information on next steps so monday i am now in there office im not greeted whem walking im. I had to introduce myself when they should have known me ! I was asked if we had an appointme We said no our dog died as she goes oh are you looking for cremation seevices we said no our dog died in your care we are here for you guys to tell ys next steps. They completely looked as if they didnt know our pet. Still again no sympathy we are asking questions and asked why we werent informed ahe was declining instead of being told oh she is fine eveyday no one could anwser that. I asked what they had done with her and they already had frozen her. We didnt get to see her. Then we looked through the packages for cremation and instead of being sympathetic towards us we were asked to pay final balance before going over creamtion options. Lady said oh there is policy that you have to pay before pick up and we said there is nothing to pick up our dog died and you guys basically took money from us and never had any intention on telling ys she was decling yall just took money and let her stay extra days when yall probally new she wasnt going to surrvive. We dont even know what all treatment was done to improve her. Never could get full detailed info

I’ve been here twice and they have always been very nice and are eager to help me with my dogs. The prices are pretty reasonable. I definitely recommend them. Thank you all for being great!

The most caring Vet and staff by far. I've had many pets through my life and now have 6 rescue dogs. My last pup that was abandoned in the forest came down with Parvo . I raced him to these wonderful folks. They gave "Pete" the most loving care and were so kind to me being the scared and worried "mom".I cannot say enough about these wonderful people. Best Vet and staff .

My cat has a new vet. Dr.Barnett is so kind and professional. The staff is awesome and super friendly. I feel that my cat is getting the best care possible. Thier so thorough with the exam and listen to every concern that I had. The most important thing is my cat likes everyone in the office especially Savannah.

Great animal hospital. My dog got sick with parvo and i was really worried about her but i took her here she stayed there almost a week and then was able to come home and is doing great now , all the girls there were also so nice to her.
