Reese was awesome to work with and I’m thrilled to see how good my new carbon fiber hood looks partially painted to match the car. The customer service was excellent and the quality of the paint is show worthy. I’ll definitely be coming back to Cleveland Collision when I need more paint work done in the future. Thank team! ?

Very professional and knowledgeable customer service. They had my car ready in the time They had allotted. From my understanding my colour on my car was very difficult to do, because of multiple coats of tonality. I also appreciate the fact of them getting a Mazda certified windshield instead of a aftermarket replacement. I am thoroughly pleased with their expertise and result!! I recently had a completely opposite experience with my family car that I had, by a local body shop. I want to openly say that Mitzell Collision is horrible!!! And should be closed not only for FRAUD but simply by the EPA. JS

Cleveland Collision did a great job fixing my grandmothers car! Reese kept us updated on the car the whole way and it was done in a timely manner! I would recommend them to anyone looking at getting their car fixed!

Very happy with our experience. Rick was great to deal with. Had them do some clear coat repair. They did an excellent job, and are very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

My BMW car door I smashed up!! Took it to Cleveland collision and I can’t believe the job they did. It is amazing. The paint everything you could never tell that door was completely crumpled up.!!
I’m 70 years old and I’ve never seen such good work as this company. I rate them as a 10.!!

I worked with Cleveland Collision Center many years on multiple projects and it's always a great experience, very easy going and professional team! Recently, a deer ran into our brand new 2024 Hundai Palisade, only one month into ownership. Needless to say - it was frustrating! However, these guy made the repair process feel like a breeze. I honestly thought that it would take months to get all the parts in, but they had it ready to drive for us in two weeks! I know they went an extra mile to make this process as quick and efficient as possible. Thank you CCC team, you rock!

My wife couldn't be happier the way her car looked after cleveland collision repaired the side impact damage on her baby. The paint and body work was meticulous. The staff was always very helpful when she would call to check on her baby and reassured her everything would be as it was before her accident, and it was! Top notch and super friendly!

Cleveland Collision did a fabulous job on my van. My son damaged my van. Cleveland Collision repaired it beautifully!! Not only did they fix the outside, these precious people vacuumed my van and cleaned the whole inside!! It wasn’t a detail job but it looked fantastic. It brought me to tears no joke. The last 6 months has been difficult for our family. Cleveland Collision had no idea what this small kindness did for me!! They went above and beyond!!! It certainly wasn’t expected. I pray we don’t need another body shop anytime soon but if we do, you best believe I’m using them!!! Thank you all so much!!!

I hit a deer, and damaged my Honda's grill, front bumper, and busted a headlight. The deer fared better and limped away. I have lost a couple nights sleep imagining him laying somewhere suffering, but I digress...
I have religiously used a different repair shop here in town, and know most of the employees. They couldn't get to it in a timely manner. I reluctantly took it to Cleveland Collision. I was prepared to be disappointed, as "my" repair shop couldn't get to it, and they have always done a great job. I'm 64 years old. I've had lots of uh-ohs...just ask my husband ?.
I just picked it up, and it looks FANTASTIC! They even washed it, and vacuumed the inside! There was a small hiccup, but I spoke to Katie, and it was addressed immediately (and if I'm being honest, I was being a bit of a "Karen"). They went above and beyond to address my concern. Even after I had paid them, and left, I received a follow up call from an employee, to assure I was happy. I seldom give five star reviews. As a matter of fact, I seldom post ANY reviews, unless the service was really bad (to warn others), or really good (to assist folks with finding a good provider). However, Cleveland Collision went so far above and beyond with their customer service, I had to brag on them. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to friends and family. Even if the young man who checked us out was a GA bulldogs fan. Oh well... nothings perfect ?

Cleveland collision sucks! They called to tell us the car was ready. My husband left work early so we could go get it. Get there the paint looks like poop. It's already chiping places, the check engine light is on now. The part of the frame that was ripped and twisted is still not fixed. The door has paint missing and scratches as well as a big dent still in it. The door panel is busted and the leather on it had a hole in it. When we started it it was rattling when it didn't do that before we dropped it off. It's in worse shape now then it was when we dropped it off to them! They've had our car for almost a month! This is just so unprofessional we've used them several times before between us and family. Never had a problem with them until now.... update. The owner did make the car right with us. He did bar us from ever using them again.( not that I would have) because I refused to change my review. I felt as though people needed to know if they do use this shop to make sure they look the car over really well before paying and driving off the lot. We are still waiting for our door panel to come in, it's on back order.

I called one afternoon to make an appointment to get an estimate for repair, fully expecting to have to wait to get in. I was told if I came down they would get me right in. I was there in 15 minutes. Got my estimate, parts ordered and drop off date set. All done within a few minutes.
I brought the car in expecting it to be a week or so to get done.
I got a call in 3 days that the car was done and ready to pick up.
The work was flawless. Looks great!
They washed and vacuumed it-very nice touch.
These folks were friendly and professional. I noticed a Bible on the table in the waiting area. That leaf to a discussion with one of the staff members, he is a believer as am I. This is nice to see in these days and times.
Bottom line professional folks who do good work, treat you well and reasonable on their prices.
I recommend them and will come back for any future needs.
