I've always had a good experience at any circle k, but this one is hands down my favorite. Used to come almost every day while I worked up the road. Always had excellent customer service. One cashier Nick, nicest guy I know always had good laughs and conversations while grabbin me a nos for the work day. Awesome place Awesome people.

The Dark headed cashier that works there is rude. Made fun of me for pointing to a pack of cigarettes. Then ask for I'd. I jokingly said I know you know I'm old enough." ( I'm 53). She said it's company policy. If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else. I said I will and won't be back because you're rude as hell. 3 strikes. The first time, she was rude over a freakin gas card. The second time, she was rude to the man in front of me. This is 3rd time she's a hateful person who doesn't need to work in public. She needs a job where she doesn't have to talk to people, I've been in 90% of the stores in Cleveland, and she is by far the rudest, most hateful, unhappy person. I will never go back. It's the closest store to our home but I will go out of my way to go somewhere else and the bathrooms are always filthy. Would never use the restroom there. Period. Debit card reader wasn't working only took cash. Somethings always tore up. Worse gas station in Cleveland.

No soap in either bathroom. You have to tell cashier and then she unapologetically hands you a disgustingly dirty, refilled bottle of dawn with about 1 inch of pink-not-Dawn soap in it. Down the road quarter mile or less are 2 much better stops. She was gross and the place was worse. Go down the road.

Used to be my regular station, too many issues. Cards don’t work from time to time the pumps don’t work from time to time they are sold out from time to time. Absolutely no consistency and failure to take needed improvements to fix those issues over days and weeks.

Grossest of bathrooms. Looks like truckers tried to see how much dirt and feces they could spread over the floor, sink, toilets and walls. Absolutely disgusting.

Mens bathroom very nasty. Looks like you could catch covid just by walking in. Instead of just standing around talking to what i assume was a customer, cause this guy is always in there just standing around, they need to clean. The beverage station is very dirty as well. This "guy" works for Norris towing just putting that out there. Just clean this place please
