Excellent repair and service. The address just needs to be updated. 4982 Candy's Creek Ridge Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37312. They did an amazing job taking care of some electrical fuse and sensor issues for my daughter's car. They even went above and beyond by popping the dent out of her drivers side car door too. Book them for your car! You won't be disappointed!

We were on a girls trip to Knoxville when our car started experiencing issues, we rolled into Case auto repair at 3:30 when they close at 4:00. We explained the issues and said we understood if he couldn’t help us because he was about to close. He immediately ran diagnostics on it, found the issue and went to look for parts. After finding out he didn’t have the parts, he CALLED an auto shop near by and had parts delivered in 15 minutes. About an hour of work later, the car was repaired and the girls trip was saved. Thank you Rob for staying open, letting us ladies hang out in the shop, and running a wonderful honest business. You made this trip happen!

Highly recommend... attention for travelers.... This man went outta his way to get our car in and repaired, they stayed late to make sure WE could stay on OUR schedule... the price was sooooo affordable... gotta say if you're in need of help ask for ROB .. thank you Rob. ?

Mr. Case went above and beyond to help and advise me when my car started acting strange when I came to visit friends in the area for the weekend. He talked to me on a Sunday night about my car's problem, and then took the time to look at it on Monday morning even though he had a lot of other cars to work on. He recommended someone who could fix it more quickly than he could get to it. I highly recommend him as honest and helpful.
