Bookkeeping dept is terrible, they can’t keep up with paid invoices. I’ve had trouble 4 times. Each time I had to prove a bill was paid. This time I’ve been there twice with copy of cleared check from bank. Even that isn’t accepted. Two times I went there taking the check to prove it was deposited in business account. I was told it was for a different month . NOT SO. I looked it up at home. I keep everything. The month they told me had a different invoice date. This statement today for the some bill. I wrote some not good replies. If they had a decent bookkeeping dept. the other people are nice. But who wants this type of problem. When even your proof won be accepted. I don’t recommend them because of bookkeeping system. So fed up with this mess.

I use to love his company, service and staff were always amazing. I have no trouble with getting supplies, the one star ranking comes from the headache and added stress from dealing with the company AEROCARE, (who apparently bought BME). AEROCARE is incompetent and ignorant at best. They have billed me multiple times for invoices that were paid already, they just for the last two days have been robocalling me (with the worst unuser friendly time consuming automated system) for collections on a bill that was created on Oct 29 it is Nov 14 and 15 this bill hasn’t even mailed to me yet. Oh btw no collections needed IT IS ALREADY PAID. as soon as I can secure another supplier this BME customer of well over a decade is gone, thanks to AEROCARE and McFarland Medical.

Fantastic service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Cpaps are in limited supply right now but the CSS, Beth Wyatt, helped me get into one immediately through a rental purchase plan. I am very grateful for the professionalism of this medical supply store.My CPAP came in 4-6 weeks early. Nothing but good things to say about this business.

I have been their happy customer for 2 or 3 years. The people are great and so is their service. My doctor recommends them. I pick up my supplies because it's convenient for me. They will mail them to you if that is better for you.

This company has been nothing but a headache with the billing department. Last year in Dec. I received a bill for a cpap machine that was never billed to insurance. If they would bill it correctly the insurance said it will be covered 100%. Its March and they are still working on sending the bill for insurance to cover it. It should of originally been billed to insurance in October of last year when all the requirements were met for insurance to approve the purchase. They also charge very inflated fees for supplies. It's almost 4 times what you can buy the exact item for on Amazon. This is a Very bad company. Each time I have been in the office their has been someone with an error on supplies or with billing. They need a better billing department. I will be taking future business elsewhere.

I use a nebulizer 4 times a day. It stopped working this morning. Knowing the office was closed, I called the answering service and was told Amanda would give me a call. She did and we met at the office with a new replacement. This is customer service at its best. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Amanda!

I called a few times to talk to the guy about my mask leaving skin irritations on my face but he was always out so I leave a message for him to call but I’m non complaint. Also called once to tell billing that I had no idea we had an issue is what got me checking into my insurance. employer taking premium out of check but no active insurance. But again she was out but was told I needed to talk to her so she would get the message. Received bill today and yes I was mad. 17 hundred dollar bill after I finally got my insurance taken care of and had them go back through my denied claims which all have been paid and I’m yet to receive a bill on that which I owe them. So I have 15 days to pay this or I get interest added over something I feel is not my fault. I don’t know anyone that would keep wearing something that put big welts on there face. All he needed to do was call me or get the message. So in researching I found a mask that has memory foam so I’ll be trying that. I sat with it on for a bit and feels great but I had to pay for it out of my pocket even though I pay 500 a month for just me on insurance.So talked to this lady today and I truly feel bad how I talked to her and that I am terrible with names. Even though I was mad and upset she stayed calm and explained to me the non compliant issue which I understand But honestly with my job(paramedic) you think I’m going to be compliant with the shifts we work. 24/ on or more if we cover shifts people call out sick on. Got to keep help out there for the public. But anyways the only good experience I have had with Bradley is the lady I spoke with today. But please really charging me interest when my insurance company stated she will call me back on the 30 with the progress. And not even send me a bill to keep up with what I truly owe. So I guess what I’m saying is I’ve had issues with my messages getting through and for my lazy butt just not driving down there I guess I’ll just have to wait to see what insurance says and I guess accept interest on a bill that states I’m over due. Never got a bill. And that’s wrong. So never the less I’ll wait to see about the machine with insurance but my supplier for mask and filters and hoses will be taken else where. And again to the main billing lady I am sorry I was mad but with all I been going through with just not you all on this insurance some communication goes a long way. I tried calling and like you said you talked to my wife. She don’t use it. I do.

It's Friday afternoon and they are closed not just every Friday afternoon but every day for lunch and Sat. and Sunday....that's life....but I really do need their fax number this afternoon and nowhere on the web can I find it posted....so, another delay in getting the service I need...I also don't know why they require a copy of my sleep study....that is why I have a Doctor.

I called to ask about my bill that I received, but the woman rudely interrupted me while I trying to ask my question. I was told earlier in the year that I had a credit that was supposed to be applied to an earlier bill. The credit wasn't applied.

We highly recommend Bradley Medical Equipment! Dewayne and staff are exceptional people giving incredible customer service. Since we changed to Bradley Medical it has been so easy to get our supplies and our machines are maintained very well. This level of care is very difficult to find in today's world. We truly can't say enough good things about these folks. Thank you all so much. You've made our lives much easier.
