Bought 3 books from here. When I was checking out the cashier asked if I wanted free magazines. I’ve asked if there was any subscriptions involved and she said no. To my surprise month later I got billed with multiple magazines subscriptions. Just say no to those liars

I came in 10 mins to close. Just going to see if they had the sailing magazine cruising world. ( They didn't) Our greeting at the door was hey we close in 5 mins. I find this rude and inappropriate. Also they didn't offer to help me. The male and female near the door seemed more inclined to socialize with each other in close proximity to one another to help a customer who is at this point in a hurry and rushed to find a magazine. I haven't been in the store in 5 years. It used to be a favorite store to go to. Now I'll never go back. Just order what you want online. No rushing and no rude sales staff who are flirting with each other.

Good place to find books at a discount but you need to join to get a better discount. Make sure you will buy enough books during the year to make it worthwhile. Good selection though

Jessica was the only one working the store the morning I was there she still made time to help me with recommendations, locating what I bought as well as answering phones constantly and helping every customer in a knowledgeable friendly manner.
