I started at Body By Hannah three years ago at 57 years old going twice a week. After a year, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the results so much, I jumped to three times a week. Everyone and every body is different and the trainers at BBH knows how to train based on YOUR body, your flexibility and your strength level. Training at BBH is definitely a way to become your best self!Thanks, Hannah for this special place.

All of the trainers at BBH are very knowledgeable about proper training. They make exercising challenging and fun! Working out with Hannah has kept me from having back surgery. The doctors’ answer for my back issues was to have a fusion in that area. Hannah had helped rebuild and strengthen from the inside out. Today, I feel stronger than ever and have more energy to keep up with my two young boys. Thanks BBH!

I’ve been training at BBH for 4 years and I am so glad I took that first step for my health. Routine strength training has given me multiple mental and physical benefits. I’m learning how to incorporate balance in my health journey and proper form and technique in my pursuit of strength. I love the fun and supportive atmosphere and really love and admire many of the trainers and friends I’ve made over the years at this gym. They encourage me to become the best version of myself, which I want to do for me and for my young children. I really can’t recommend Body by Hannah enough.

I have been training at BBH for more than 4 years. From the trainers to the clients, it is always a positive place to train. Being completely new to strength training, I was intimidated walking through the doors my first day. As soon as I sat down with Hannah, I felt so comfortable. There was no guilt, no judgment. She met me where I was in my fitness journey and has been encouraging me ever since. Hannah, along with all the trainers at BBH, has helped push me to not only transform but also appreciate my body postpartum.

Body by Hannah is an amazing boutique gym to go to, whether it is for personal training or their BodyFit classes. The trainers are very professional and knowledgeable and also make the atmosphere so much FUN! Check this place out if you have a chance.

I have been with BBH for a few years now. I especially like the morning classes. The coaches, facility, and members are all great. In addition to the morning classes, Hannah (the owner) will host seasonal challenges. I am currently participating in the Spring Shred Challenge part 2. The atmosphere, community, and workouts are all great! 11/10 recommend.

I joined BBH almost a year ago, and it really was my best decision coming out of quarantine. I am typically someone who goes to the gym at 5am, so BBH offering a 5am class fit into my schedule perfectly. Each morning, I am constantly met with a trainers, who will push me to my best even when I do not think I can do it and roll my eyes. BBH has never failed to accommodate something for me, if I can not do it. I have seen BBH accommodate people over 60 and children, so it truly can be for everyone. I completely understand that walking into a gym, especially a smaller local gym, can be intimidating, but BBH has became family. A year ago, I was isolated and binge eating my weight back, and I guess we could blame "COVID" but it was really just me finding an excuse to slip back into bad habits. I took nutrition classes with Liz and also joined her Nutrition Boot Camp, for 12 weeks. Liz told me to let go of "Diet Culture" because it was not realistic for me to live my life in such a constricted food range the rest of my life. She taught me the importance of actually fueling your body for your day, rather than going into such a caloric deficit that is just starving yourself to burn fat, but never gain muscle. I would 100% suggest going to BBH, wether it be for nutrition classes, group training, or for private sessions. I swear you won't regret it.

The greatest people you’ll ever met!I love this gym. The people, the coaches, the facility all wonderful. I’ve never felt healthier and stronger in my life. I’ve done it all, CrossFit, orange theory, other gym memberships, nothing compares to BBH. I have not only found a gym I love but also friends and a family. 100% recommend
