I walked in and no one was at the counter for 15 minutes I heard laughing in the back 2 managers as of Hope and I believe Tyler the store manager walked out from the back of the store and still continued to flirt around with each other before helping a customer such as my self so I will not be back to this autozone or any autozone if this is how customers are treated.

If you want to get tricked and cheated then go here if not go somewhere else they are full of deception and lies trying to get there sales up and make themselves look good and I believe the guy that helped me is probably a racist

Drew, Tina & Tyler are the best!! Those 3 always go above & beyond to help! Always willing to help....no matter how many times you go there! We practically live there! We drive right past a part store just to shop at this AutoZone. And we do that because of Drew, Tina & Tyler. Thank you guys so much for always helping us! We greatly appreciate it!

They're nice and all, but they don't do code scans anymore. I called and asked before driving over there and was told to take it to a shop. I'll just take it to oriellys. They said they'd scan it.

Okay I will not be coming to AutoZone after all these years of good faithful service I stopped into the one in Cleveland because I was having car trouble and the young man that came out to help me was very nice but his manager came outside the door and said I hope you don't need anything soon we close in 5 minutes at that point I looked at the young man helping me thank him and instructed to ask the boy that came out was he the manager he said yes at that point I said he needed some work on his at that point I was going in to buy two battery terminal ends in a new belt but I decided to go to another order parts store because the man that worked and help me with gracious but the manager made me feel like I was being rushed and I will not use your store anymore thank you I hope you correct
