Great customer service. I needed to have a battery put in my car key fob, we couldn't figure out how to open the fob, even after calling the manufacturer. The young man was pleasant and very helpful, had the battery swapped in no time, and there was no cost. I was greatful and very pleased.

I always have great service at this Autozone (895 Keith St), but Bo went beyond the call of duty today to assist me with a stubborn rear windshield wiper blade. He was patient, kind, and determined to get it working perfectly! Thank you, Bo!! This kind of service is why I always come back to this location. :) Kendra

Was here for help,the guy that "helped" didn't help at all ,he say he didn't know what was wrong,I thought he was gonna connect to something to find out but he just say sorry I don't know. I knew it since I walked in and saw his face when I asked.

Edgar Lopez is the best autozone employee I have ever talked to. I have used autozone for all my auto needs for more than 20 yrs and usually have a good expierince. When I say he went above and beyond to help me get a starter for my bmw it’s an understatement. He is knowledgeable, kind, and made sure by comparison I was getting thr right part for my budget. I was so thankful for his expertise as I have been without a car for a month. I wouldn’t have gotten a starter that fit my car had he not taken to time to compare the parts and even explained to me the difference. Ask for Edgar I assure you it will be a pleasant expierince. Thank you again Edgar Lopez.
