Amazing service and prompt with all needs and call backs. Amanda Moore, CSR at the Cleveland, TN office has gone above and beyond. She deserves a pay raise for sure! A++Delivery of items was fast and easy. The rep explained use of the equipment and provided business cards to call hol directly if there was an issue.

They are always very courteous. Our supplies are ready and correct when we call ahead to pick them up. We prefer getting our supplies at the store rather than in the mail because we know they are treated more delicately there. Plus we like seeing the people due to their great customer service!
