** UPDATE: These people damaged my car when they should have been "fixing" it. Now I'm being charged $234 for THEIR mistake. Really bad experience, no excuse for it. And on top of that, I'm still on the hook for their screw up. **
Employees are friendly, but dont let that fool you! Everything else is sub-par at best!
They installed a door on my car incorrectly, and damaged a part on install. We're out of state now so have had to be in constant communication with them and so far this is my experience:
1. They have NEVER returned a phone call. I've had to call daily to remind them to ship the part THEY messed up.
2. Finally escalated to the manager. He will also NOT return a phone call as I have found out today.
We HAD to use this place due to the vehicle we lease at the time has a contract with them. However, I would NEVER recommend ANYONE going to this place if you want something done right.
Also, my biggest upset is not the fact the didn't install the door correctly, or even the same door for my model for that matter... it's the fact that even their manager can't be bothered to return a phone call, even after previously voicing your concerns and frustration with the lack of attention they give their customers. There is a reason I'm calling every day as we are now in a time crunch due to their incompetence and SERIOUS LACK OF COMMUNICATION.
Full disclosure: I tried not to post this. I tried to give them the benefit over 5 separate times in one week (literally daily) with no returned call. But after calling in the AM hours today with no attempted returned call, email, nothing....
Just sad, it really is. Especially for such a nice town like Cleveland. I don't have a choice here, but if you need something done by a place that is not going to ghost you when they mess up, don't go here. Save your time and money.

My wife took a car in for minor bodywork. Finished ontime and even completely detailed the car. Absolutely would recommend this place.

Initial encounter with Service Department was very unsatisfactory. Technician or check in person was very rude and condescending! The technician who actually worked on my car and brought me my service paperwork was very nice, however. I will be looking for someplace else to take my car. I have never owned any other car except a Honda, but now that I live in Cleveland, this is probably going to change.

Nikki & everyone are amazing. The worked with us as the covid parts shortage took over a yr to get our VW fog light in. They jept in touch letting us know the status of our part being on back order.They fixed up my 16 ATSV as well and had zero issues with our State Farm insurance claim as the big rig from Mexico blew a tire & damaged our cars. Unfortunately State Farm couldnt get the Mexican trucking company to pay even though I had video of the incident which involved 3 cars & the big rig. Perks of being Bidens favorite country besides China.
