Unfortunately, we were lied to about the value of the vehicle we were wanting to sell/trade in to your dealership. Your salesman offered us around $4,000 to sell our vehicle and $5,000 for trade-in. I asked why such a low amount and he claimed that the tool you use to calculate the vehicle's value placed the value of our vehicle at those prices. He told me that you guys use JD Power to find the value of vehicles and so I did a bit of my own research using JD Power. I came to find that your salesman and whoever is in charge of making offers quoted us almost $3000 less than what JD Power values a "rough condition" vehicle for what we have. Mind you, our vehicle has less than 90,000 miles and is in perfect working condition with very few MINOR defects on the paint. So to be honest, we are very dissatisfied with our most recent visit to your dealership.

went to this dealership for regulated maintenance and everything was smooth but the problems started when I had issue with warranty. First time engine failed, they were closest dealership for warranty so I went there. Problem was fixed in approximately 10 days without giving me any kind of transportation and I was 70 miles away than. Second time I had same problem with engine, was at murray ky again so went there. After 5 weeks ( no loaner car again, had to ask friends from murray to give a ride around) and after number of calls to service I was told that I have to pay $1234 eventhought car is in warranty or they will not fix car !!! I went to pick up car with friend, paid and was given key. After starting engine engine light come on again, car started staling so I went back to service where I asked for manager and he walked with me to car. After seeing situation he personally took car back (his name is James ) and promised that he will personally do repair in 10 days what he did, again I had no transportation and had to go to home town Niles IL 2 times !!! So they blackmailed e, ripped off for $1234 and I was without car for 7 weeks !!! Avoid this place by any mean !!!

I just purchased my new 2025 Kia Sletos from Wyatt Johnson and had the best experience!! I had Rodney Davis as my sales person and he was absolutely fantastic to work with. He made sure that I was happy with my purchase and did everything within in his power to get me in my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this sales person to my friends and family!!!

Went in for a scheduled oil change . No wait or other customers. After waiting 35 minutes multiple customers have come and checked in after me .1 1/2 hours later other customers were leaving after receiving maintenance . Raising concern I went to ask eta and found out it had not even been started . Not sure why it takes 2 plus hours for a scheduled oil change . I would not recommend coming here ! I will not be come back!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! About 8 months ago, I bought a brand new 2023 Kia Stinger Tribute Edition. I was very excited. On my way home from the dealership, when I am on the highway going at about 50-60 miles (the sound starts after going at a speed of about 50 miles), I hear a noise coming from the door/window in the driver's side. The noise sounds like air coming in combined with a vibration rattling sound. I called the dealership and reported the issue right away and took it back that same week to give them an opportunity to fix it. They informed me that they would need to stay with the vehicle to find out what the problem was. After about a week, I get a call saying that they did not find the problem and that they would inform "corporate" to see what further action could be taken and that they did not have a timeline to get me a response since it could take from a couple of weeks to way more. I patiently waited for more than a month and called the dealership again. This time they said to bring it back to them, again, and leave it to see if they would find the issue this second time. Never offered me a loaner even though many times I stated that my house was about an hour and 10 minutes away. Thankfully, Nelson (the sales man who sold me the vehicle) was able to get one for me. After some time (about a week and a half more or less), they contacted me and informed me that again, they could not fix the issue and that they would get in contact with "corporate" once again. I told them that at this point I wanted them to take back the vehicle and they refused. I also told them to then get me another vehicle since this one was damaged with this issue and again they refused. They said that I could also take it to another Kia dealership closer to my location so that they could try and fix it to which I replied that it did not make sense since I bought the vehicle from them and so they were responsable, specially since I reported the issue to them the same day when I was going home from the dealership. I have called the dealership to speak to a manager many times and they have yet return my calls. I have called "corporate" about this issue and they have yet returned my calls. I have tried all this time to give both the dealership and Kia itself the opportunity to fix the issue amicably and they have not. At this point, I will contact my legal representation and deal with them that way. Both the dealership and Kia have forced me to go this route. I have been very patient with them. I have not being able to enjoy this vehicle all this time, a 60k vehicle, even though I have still being paying for it and sadly, that is all this dealership and Kia have shown to me they care about. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! - I love Hyundai vehicles and in the past 8 years my family and I have bought about 8 different Hyundais and not one issue whatsoever with neither the cars themselves or the dealership (we always buy from the same Hyundai dealership). The one time I convince my wife to buy a Kia, this happens. What was supposed to be a great experience has turn into a very bad and distasteful one, to say the least. I WILL NEVER BUY A KIA VEHICLE OR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

I had the best experience at Wyatt Johnson Kia. I went with really no expectation on buying, and drove off in a fantastic Seltos! I showed Jake Smith a picture of what I'd seen online, he brought it up, we took her for a spin, he was very patient taking time to explain all the bells and whistles, and wasn't pushy at all.He went right to work getting all the finances and paperwork done quickly and I couldn't be happier. By far, the best car buying experience I've ever had, Thank you!

The service team has always been great, but SCOTT is exceptional! The waiting facilities are comfortable and there is a kid’s area, plus free coffee and wifi.
