“Wendy and Roger are amazing! Aside from that; your other pharmacy techs are straight trash. Member service, let alone customer service is non existent. Especially if you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Or if you're not originally from Clarksville OR if they think that you're not originally from here.
Funny how being transgender gets me treated differently at this specific pharmacy.
Bottom line, if it wasn't for Wendy and Roger, I'd already have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

1369 Ashland City Rd, Clarksville“I've got to give this place 5 stars, Im in a Ferguson's almost daily when they are open, I call in a extensive duct order, the day before we did the job in Nashville, I got there when they opened the following day, order had already been picked and was 100% correct, I always get good service from Ferguson really no matter which branch I go to, but this service was a step above, you won't get this kind of service at the Nashville branch, you will call it in a day or two in advance and your team members still generally have to wait for the order to be picked, I personally think it's because of the amount of volume Nashville does,.....good going Clarksville Ferguson's!!!! Definitely great service!”
“I love this Sam's club. The customer service is wonderful. It was pouring rain so the employee asked me if I would like him to watch my cart so I could go get my car without getting all of my stuff wet. Then he offered to help me transfer everything from my cart to my car. The store is right in the middle of the busy part of town, 20 minutes from where I live but it is well worth it for this kind of customer service. It is also very easy to shop. There are many registers open at a time so you never have to wait in long for too long. Returning items back to the store is also very simple and stress free. There is lots of parking so no problem there. Really have never had any problems with anything here at all. I highly recommend shopping here.”
“In store shopping is always great. However, trying to get customer service on the phone to answer a basic question is hell. It was easier to drive the 25 minutes to get there rather than get them to answer the phone. The phone rang the first time for 3+ minutes before it hung up. The second time I called someone answered and put me on hold for 11 minutes and 54 seconds to answer a basic question. That's crazy! I understand they were probably busy but it would've been easier to let me ask my question, then put me on hold. I could've asked, them answer and the conversation be over with.”
