I just came to try to get an oil change today and the man with the beard, heavier set who is walking to cars to see what services the customer needs done, was very rude off the rip. I was very approachable as I may add. I will not be back here.

Rude, lines extremely long, employees rude. They shut down the self check out by the pharmacy side. They have few registers open, self check out on grocery side open line going over to the fresh section.

No carts or baskets available so I had to carry my items and, in many cases, prices not clearly labeled. However, the shelves were stocked, not exactly neat.

Everything was easy to find and it was what I needed. There was products in the aisles that needed to be put on shelves, I always thought that was an overnight job.

To the worker ( long black hair with giant hoops) that cussed out a gentleman this morning who was with his young daughter all because he wouldn’t show you his receipt. Please know that customers are not required BY LAW to show you that receipt. Once the item is purchased it is now legally owned by that customer. The names you called him were down right horrible and you should be ashamed of yourself for acting that way especially in front of a child. This happened around 9:30-10:00am today. Clean up your act.

Disgusting.
Just got home ready to use our garlic and every clove was dark and moldy.
Peppers display was atrocious, with mushy rotting greens and some gross liquid. This is the worst I think I've seen it here. This place is certainly lacking quality and I'm not sure yall can fix it.

I am not happy with this location! My grocery order pickup was scheduled for 8pm since there were no earlier spots available for me to pickup! I did not receive a call at all only a txt and a email stating that the order would be delayed. Spoke with SCARLET who informed that I could not pick up my order tonight which was when my order was scheduled for and had to wait and pick up tomorrow night at 8 pm which did not make sense because if I wanted my order for February 24th I would have chose that date instead! It’s ALWAYS some b.s with this online orders at this location! They have younger people working at this location who are obviously lazy! If they don’t like their job then they should definitely pick a different job with a different job description! Asked for a supervisor and Scarlet stated that there were no supervisors since they all left at 8pm. I called back and spoke with customer service to reach a manager and he stated that he was the front stores sup and did not really know much about the grocery order pickups.
Also spoke with WALMART.COM like the supervisor requested me to do and they confirmed that the grocery order pick up is delayed which is the same message I received. But the supervisor and Scarlett stated that there was a hold on the order which is confusing because that’s not what WALMART.COM said nor my txt or email. Definitely inconvenient since I do have 7 kids and now it’s causing a delay with me picking up my order! I am so pissed! Definitely unprofessional and I never had this problem at any other location. If you ask me they just didn’t want to pick the order, they even tried to have me on hold so long to stall since they were about to close which wasn’t my problem because my pickup was way ahead of time. The supervisor was no help and neither was Scarlet! They sounded like they did not care & could not help! Walmart.com demanded for me to call and speak with an online order supervisor in the morning because she stated that the order was delayed and that I was supposed to pick up tonight!

Easy access, everything clean, pretty much everything I had on my list was in stock. I had a recent bad experience with the Walmart located on Fort Campbell Blvd when i was harassed and intruded upon while using the bathroom located at the rear of the store on the side the chips/snacks and dairy coolers are.
