I'm from Knoxville, first time at this location. I was last minute shopping for my granddaughter's birthday party, left my wallet at my daughter's house. Worried I would have to buy everything again, they allowed me to run 6 minutes down the road to get it. Bonita at customer service was so sweet and patient with my stupidity, I was so thankful! Much more kind here then any other Wal-Mart I have been to!

Like every other Walmart. If you can't trust your cashiers, then fire them. If you don't trust your shoppers, then you are in the wrong business. I don't shop at Walmart s if they need to check my receipt upon leaving. I don't like to be made to feel like they think I am a criminal.

If the stock is not low, you can find lots of good food. Just miss the shrimp rings they used to stock

Dirty and unorganized. I had to stand in line for a long time waiting for a cashier. I don't like self checkout. Remove them please.

Great place for economical food, clothing and supplies. A little hard to find staff for assistance at times though.
