Things are looking up now. They have small buggies for people who only want a few things, not the whole store to buy, like you would at a bigger Wal mart.

Always have my order ready and bring it out in a very timely and friendly manner. Love this place even if I am going inside the store ❗?

Went to Walmart to go cash a check at 2551 Whitfield Rd., Clarksville, TN 37042 as I approached the check, cashing counter there was an older black lady she seem to be very friendly at the moment however, it turned out to be that she was old hack that was super disrespectful now we all know that I’m trans she asked me for my ID. She keeps staring at the ID as if it wasn’t me on the identification. She kept asking me questions that didn’t pertain to anything that we were doing at the current moment. She asked me if I had lost weight because on my ID I did have more weight on me. I’m a little smaller than I was before, so I replied, very manageable and let her know that I did lose weight. I chuckled it off, left it alone, she tells me to give her a minute she calls over two other guys two white guys they’re all pointing at my ID and staring at me now after about two minutes or so she tells me she can’t cash the check it’s not going through now we all know that that’s a lie. The reason they didn’t cash my check is because they felt like the person I was on the ID wasn’t me, but the way that they handled it was very unprofessional and sickening. I’ve grown a lot, so I’m not confrontational all I did was I left the store after about 30 minutes or so I start thinking in my head like hey should I let this go or should I contact Walmart and ask to speak to a manager, which I should have done the moment that I was there, but I just had so much going on. I couldn’t even think to do so, I called Walmart to ask to speak to a manager they put a manager on the line. I explained to him what the situation was again I wasn’t rude. All right, and/or acting out of negative manner in which I should have. After fully explaining to him what happened he says thank you for providing me with that information. You have a nice day and hung up in my face. I kept calling I called numerous times nobody answered. Lawyers are now involved for discrimination. I’d never go here again ever. I’m a new resident of TN which makes it even worst. I will not name drop, but I do have names of all parties involved.

I don't think they do the best job responding to their sales volume. And, btw, Walmart associate, the restroom is by the pharmacy, NOT at the front of the store?

This location is usually clean and well lit. Inside, everything is always clean and the associates are friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed when this walmart went to self check-out only. I will do quick stop shopping only from now on here. Thats all it's really good for now. Tried to use a gift card and had to make the amount exactly or under the amount of the gift card.

I was in deli line behind a gentleman for more than 5 minutes he was not even acknowledged so he walked out of line. I then walked up and waited a few minutes and then walked over to the hot foods section and asked was there anyone else working and she then walked over to cut what was needed. This store has been needing training in customer service. Even if you are busy, you acknowledge your customer and inform them if there is a task you need to complete.

The store is already smaller than the Walmart supercenters so I can't understand how you can still only have 4 registers open. Then when you hit the help button for assistance the employees just continue to stand and talk to one another as if the problem isn't for them to fix. You wanted to get rid of cashier's so do customers a favor and open all self checkouts. Also prices always rings up higher than what is displayed.

The store was very packed and there was little space to maneuver around with a cart. The store was cramped due to unloaded stock containers in random aisles. The fresh meats section was very poorly stocked and looked dirty. Otherwise, it was an okay experience.

They don’t have the best fruit but I sure do appreciate when the store is close, the gas station pumps are still assessable (card only)

I do not like working all day and then go shopping and then pack my own groceries. I feel I've been hired by Walmart to pack my own groceries. I like The Smiling Faces of the clerks I like a quick Chit Chat while they are ringing up my groceries. I like it being personal.

If you can’t give change out why would you have the cash self checkout registers open. Or have No change on hand. One more reason to avoid Walmart…
