Been away for awhile but I'm really impressed with how clean, updated and organized this Walmart store is!

They aren't 24/7. They close at 11 and are rude about it. Puke in the parking lot. Nasty place.

Very unprofessional. I scheduled a grocery pickup between 8:00-9:00pm. I arrived at 7:45pm. At 8:00pm I received a text message and an email stating my order was 2 hours delayed. I tried to call the grocery pickup multiple times, however they did not answer. I made the decision to go inside, to find out why my stuff was delayed. They used the excuse that it's the holiday and people calling out. However, I could literally see inside the door that they were standing there. While speaking with the grocery pickup manager, another customer arrived for their order and a girl in there said "well their going to have to wait." I was then told by the grocery pickup manager it would be 30 minutes (this was at 8:42pm) I sat in the parking lot waiting.. 30 minutes went by, still nothing. So I tried to call to get an update on my order and they wouldn't answer. They marked my order picked up at 10:07pm, however it was not "picked up" until 10:15. I would not recommend Wilma Rudolph Walmart for grocery pickup as they truly don't care about their customers. I was not the only individual who waited this long. Some people had to make 2 trips because they didn't get all of their items the first time. One person I spoke with was waiting since 6:00pm for THREE items. When they got their order at 10:00pm. They only received ONE item.

All right let me just say I'm not talking about the entire store I'm talking about the pharmacy. When someone is sick in your family need a prescription and you're not feeling so well yourself, you're very happy when your pharmacist not only has your prescription but is sympathetic to your condition. I posted two pictures of a letter sent to us after we had received a prescription and gone home never to think about it again. They sent us a customer thank you. I have to ask you who has a pharmacy that has done that for you lately? Therefore I want to thank everyone there at the Walmart pharmacy on Wilma Rudolph. You are not the pharmacy closest to me I get most of my prescriptions on post. But if I have to go off post believe me I'm not going to forget how courteous, kind, and thorough your pharmacy handled my prescription.

The pharmacy hit the ball out of the park today! They spent so much time helping get the price of medicine to something reasonable. There are good people & good things come to those who wait! I can't thank the pharmacy enough for their patience and for going well above @ beyond!!!!

Today while walking to my vehicle I witnessed an employee park her almost new black Ford Expedition in row 7 3rd car from the door? Get out and put on her blue vest and walk into the store. Obviously she was going to work. This Walmart must let their employees park at the door. Obviously they do not value their customers much. This is why you can never find a parking spot any closer than 10-12 spots from the door. I would suspect that if someone checked some of those handicapped spots are Walmart employees too.

So for starters don't get cash back and try to break it at customer service because apparently employees can't count back change so they aren't "allowed" to give it

Probably the most disorganized Wal-mart I have ever been to. The aisles don't make sense, and are way too small. Most sections are incorrectly marked. It's extremely difficult to navigate the store or find what you're looking for. You'll find the most random pairings of items within an aisle, with labeling that matches none of those items. Normally I'd be understanding if I came in during restocking, but it looks the same almost every day. Trash and cardboard boxes everywhere. Most shelves are out of stock. I hate coming to this location. Self check out is nice but there were 0 normal check outs open, makes it hard when you have a lot of items.

Walmart is the one-stop-shop for most anything you need for your home - from pet care to groceries and more. I live in Hawaii, so Walmart is always a great place to stop in to pick up gifts to bring back and as well as to pick up essentials we may need while one the mainland. I also like to compare prices for the products I normally purchase at home. Most times, I'm surprised at how much the price differences are for everyday goods. Sometimes, it's up to 30% more. Sad, but true. This store was a "supercenter", but you don't get a sense of that until you come through the front door . . . it is HUGE. Somewhat clean, although they were in the middle of restocking when I visited. Staff were pleasant, but not outwardly friendly. This is a common theme for most Walmarts though. Tons of self checkout . . . WAHOO!!! Masks and distancing weren't enforced near as much as I had hoped, however. There is a mask requirement, but I noticed numerous offenders. Sad, but therein lies the reason why the virus continues to spike - yet again.

I've been calling everyday for a week and a half. 6/10 of the times I called , no one would answer the phone. The other 4/10 times when they did answer, the workers sounded irritated , bored , and unwilling to help. I can never get in contact with the manager , who I need to speak to, I even call at the time they told me to. I just get hung up on after the phone rings for a whole 45 seconds. I am so frustrated. Their customer service is the worst I've seen in a long while. I was even in the store the other day and the cashier who checked me out did not say a single word to me. She was slouching down , head on her hand which was rested on the counter, mask not covering her nose , looking anywhere but me and not telling me my total and when I needed to pay. No one at Walmart takes their job seriously.

Tonight put the nail in the coffin of my relationship with this walmart. For reference, my girlfriend and I love you the road from this location and both work in Nashville. We have similar schedules and typically carpool to work with the hour each way commute taking a chunk out of our time. By the time we get home we're usually just spent enough to not want to do much besides eat something and go to bed. But with the holidays coming up and our cupboards going bare, we needed a few things and decided to make place a pick up order and stop on the way home to get it. Everything seemed perfectly fine until we got home and realized that we were missing a couple items. No big deal, everything's busy this time of year and things fall through the cracks. I do inventory control for a living, believe me, I get it. But this is where the story takes a hard left. So my girlfriend calls the store to see about getting our items. She called the customer service desk because by the time we got home the pick up desk was already closed. Costumer service let her get as far as "I have a problem with a pick up order" before cutting her off with an emotionless explanation that she was being transferred to pick ups. Pick ups. Which is closed. The phone rings for about ten minutes before the call is dropped. So she calls back. Costumer service transfers her to pick ups again. This time someone actually answers and, while she's trying to explain the situation, cuts her off to explain that pick ups is closed for the night and transfers her to customer service. Yen minutes of ringing later there's a click followed by "electronics, how can we help you?" She explained the situation to the guy at electronics, who heard her out, apologized, and transferred her back to customer service. Except that the next time the phone was answered the same voice repeated the phrase "electronics, how can we help you?" She explained that it was still her, the gentleman in electronics sounded perplexed when her asked her to hold while he transferred her to customer service. Yet again, the phone is answered. And yet again, "electronics, how can we help you?" She tells him it's her, again, and he apologizes, again, and tries, again, to transfer her to customer service. Finally someone in customer service picks up with a mumbled out "service", in a tone that made it seem like answering the telephone was somehow the most taxing thing she had done all day. So, my girlfriend, exasperated, explains the situation. Or at least tries to, but gets put in hold. So she sits on hold. For a very long time. Eventually she asks for my phone. I hand it to her and she uses it to call the store from my phone, leaving hers on hold, because at this point she's been stuck between transfers and holds for nearly an hour. Someone answers, she frantically blurts out the entire story before anyone can cut her off, and is told that the pick up counter is closed and there's nothing that can be done about it until tomorrow. That didn't sit well with either of us. So, as she played the customer service mind games like a pro, I put my shoes back on and grabbed the keys knowing exactly how this was going to end. Off we went to Walmart to pick up the items we had bloody well paid for, the purpose of pick up orders already completely defeated. We were told at customer service to go get what we needed off the shelf. Insult to injury. And, as we walked through the store to get what we had come for twice now, we noticed that it wasn't even really busy. No bustling lines. No rushing about. None of the holiday joy we were expecting, considering the ordeal on the phone. None of that. Just apperantly lazy, apathetic employees, including a shift lead, who had no intention of doing their jobs tonight. It's not likely I'll ever shop at this location again after this. I'll drive across town if I need a Walmart. Except possibly to buy electronics, because that department at least knows how to answer a damn p

It's a Walmart. A Super Walmart. In Tennessee. Understand where you are shopping and with that being said, this is a nice one. Groceries, clothes, household items. There are self checkout lanes and we needed help because we had a bad gift card. They sent us to customer service and they got us a new one. The two employees we interacted with very friendly and helpful. They had the few items we were looking for and the price was right. No complaints.

This just lowered the expectations of Walmarts everywhere. First of all, I am pretty sure that the pedestrians in the parking lot are just waiting to get hit. The shelves are never very stocked and there are just people wandering everywhere while being packed in the store like sardines. Other than this, people always take for granted how great Walmart actually is. This amazing place eliminates the need to go all around town for different items. The prices are also very reasonable on these various goods. If you are looking for all the essentials for a good price, come here and be ready to throw your elbows.
