This pharmacy is by far the worse one in town. They tell you your prescription will be ready in 20 minutes. Well when 20 minutes comes along they give you another 20 minutes because something happened. Don’t waste your whole day on this place go to Publix or even Walmart

So last night around 8:30 pm we arrive trying to get my 3 yr old his antibiotic before the pharmacy closes. I go inside the pharmacy and this young male is the only one I see. He asks me if I need any help and I tell him I have a prescription for my sons medicine he tells me the pharmacist isn’t in so the medicine might not be ready in time before they close. So I said ok whatever so we go home. I check my app and it says ready for pick up so I send my husband to pick it up. When I open the container to load up the syringe so I can give it to my son it was all powder. I’ve never had amoxicillin given to us to where it’s all powder. At that point I was already aggravated at the fact that we just didn’t get the service we were expecting. First time I use this location and this happens. And also why would the pharmacist wouldn’t be there if the pharmacy isnt closed yet? That’s sus. Yall please do better.

Never have I ever been treated so kindly, professionally, and ever so graciously! Being sick is no fun, having insurance problems is no fun and waiting at the pharmacy is always dreaded! James and Tehyra (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) there was also another associate that called me and I would like to thank them too!Long story short- you have a great team at the pharmacy! I had all the issues and the line was unending. I felt bad on so many levels. This team took 100% great care of me and while standing in line I knew I wasn’t the only one they treated this way! What I thought was going to take hours was less than an hour.Thank you so much!!! I’m already feeling better!

You would think with all the negative reviews they would do something about the issues! The pharmacy is wait time is unbelievable! Very slow! 52 minutes in line outside and then went inside and waited 33 more minutes! Worst pharmacy in Tennessee

I had a pickup time of 11:20 for my prescription that I placed a refill for yesterday.. I get there and am told it’s not ready and need to wait until their truck comes..? Why can I place the refill if it won’t be honored on time? Also, the line for the pharmacy inside is insanely slow. They’ve got only one lane open always.

I waited in line for an hour and 20 minutes only to be told my prescription wasn’t covered by my insurance and that I needed to come inside and purchase an over the counter product. I am pregnant and was starving and had to use the restroom but waited in line for my turn only to be treated with the utmost disrespect and lack of care from the woman whom spoke to me at the window. What happened to sending texts to your patients and informing them of insurance coverage and prescription filled status?! Waste of time. I watched so many people wait in line and be told to come back. The guy in front of me was upset too. This is the WORST Walgreens I have ever been to. I have never enjoyed Walgreens but now I’m absolutely done with them. You would think a company this large would be able to manage their employees and customer service better!

Pharmacy drive through wait time is ridiculously long! The inside wait time is also long! I waited over 40 minutes for a prescription! Cars wrapped around the building ! This needs to get better! Even the express line was long

The clerk at checkout was on her phone the whole time (Female, dark hair). I said hi approaching the counter, and she didn't even look at me. My card was inserted upsidedown unbeknownst to me, and even when I asked her what I needed to do she took a long time to respond and continued to look at her phone.I'm not asking for a heart-to-heart conversation with every clerk I see, but I do expect some BASIC, decent service.

Worst pharmacy in Clarksville. Poor customer service. Rude techs. Very slow service. Just an overall terrible experience. I’ve been using this place forever but it’s gets worse every visit. We will be using a new pharmacy.

This is the slowest drive thru pharmacy I have ever been to. I do not understand what takes so long but honestly if you do not have an hour to spare, go elsewhere.

Waiting time is ridiculous you would think with the length of time they have been doing this they would have figured out a good model. Very long line and one person at the register. I know finding people is hard but god with the money this pharmacy makes they can afford to pay a good salary to hire more people!

The drive through line is so long, it takes way too long to pick up medications. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy needs to change the pick up process for faster pick ups. I wait 30 minutes in the outside pick up line for medications no matter when I get here
