Get rid of your manager. She is making you lose A LOT of money. I made a appointment for my daughter and they called earlier in the day to get our address and insurance information. gave them that and they said see you at 1:30. I picked my daughter up early from school and we walked into the store at 1:31 on my phone, 1:32 on hers. She was rude from the the get, as we walked in she had a smart look on her face. I think she knew she was about to ruin our day. We were informed by the rude manager upfront that we were 2 minutes late and. now we would have to wait, because they have no grace period and we would have to wait for a while. If y'all have such a strict policy you need to make sure your patients know this. My opinion this lady is miserable and gets off making other people miserable. i would hate to know how much money y'all lose over this ladies poor attitude. Good luck! I wouldn't even give you one star, but the person i talked to on the phone was actually nice.

The customer service there sucks. The employees are rude. They tried to charge my daughter for her glasses when she has full coverage insurance. The glasses that were purchased originally handles continue to break off. You have to ask them to run your insurance. I paid out of pocket for some frames. If I pay for new frames. I would expect to get new frames not a demo frame that everyone done tried on. I will be returning back to my old eye doctor or seeking a new eye doctor.

Well primarily it was the glasses tech that helped me out the most (Kindra). She was very warm and helpful, very down to Earth and welcoming and thoroughly reviewed my options with my glasses. She didn't rush me or make me feel like I was an inconvenience to her as I had felt before in this very same store. I also noticed another young lady that was assisting another customer and seemed like she was also very helpful to her customer. You all have made some good changes to your staff. Still need to work on the rude older lady at the desk though. She acted like her story about a family member was more important than checking my children in for their appointment on morning of the 1/22. Heaven forbid I also have to ask her for a school note as well. It is people like this that is a detriment to your business. Otherwise it was a great experience with the techs picking out the glasses for my daughter and myself. The eye techs in the back (both the trainee and experienced one with my children) the optometrist, the ones assisting with picking out the glasses/options and even the adjustment area where you pick up glasses and get eye glass adjustments are all super helpful. Just get rid of the cranky lady at the front desk who hates her job and you would have one hell of a business. Thank goodness I was there with my kids, or some one would have gotten a swift piece of my mind. You are at a work place; social hour at a front desk of a business is not the appropriate time to be hashing out your personal business. I am so sorry I interrupted your conversation to check my children in for their appointment.

I got a message from my local VisionWorks saying that a pair of glasses I ordered had come in, but I was told when I got to the store that they don't handle pickups an hour before closing. Makes me wonder why they are even open an extra hour if the eye Doctor leaves an hour early everyday. I think they need to close at the same time the Doctor leaves cause the receptionist on duty can't really do much and they can't sell prescription glasses without a Dr to sign off on the prescription. I did get 2 pairs of glasses and I picked up my first pair yesterday, but wondered why my second pair didn't come in at the same time when my wife who ordered at the same time got both pairs of her glasses yesterday...

The staff is horrible and lack customer service skills. The front desk lady that seat on the right when you walk on Oct 5th & 6thin is the rudest. Seriously, they need to fire and restaff all the personal that work in the front(except mixed lady). Including the people that issue out your glasses. They, must have their customer service skills from a cave man. Because they surely don't care. And the lady cancel my appointments bc I ask her a question while she was being rude. And when I did come to my appointments. She said, I thought you cancel it right. And you BETTER have a BETTER day. The only staff members that need to stay is the staff in the back, doctors, and the one mixed lady in the front. Everyone else, really shouldn't work with other or animals.

Had an appointment. The front staff lady that sat on the right when you walking in was very rude. Cancel my appointment and gave me a Big grin and said have a wonderful day bye. And advised it was my problem for her rudness. The other staff member accept fir the mixed race lady are rude as well. The doctors seems to ve nice. But, don't recommend because Visionwork need to restart the whole building accepts doctors and mixed raced lady.

From the moment my husband and walked in we were greated and helped right away. Everyone from the front desk to the eye doctor was absolutely fantastic. I would say this was the best experience we have had from a doctors office and eyeglass store. Thank you.
