Trevor Damer and Jennifer Shires are a phenomenal team. From the beginning of the home buying process to the end Trevor was on top of everything and also kept me updated about the loan process. Jennifer Shires the loan processor was also phenomenal by going out of her way to help me. I received a great rate and could not have asked for much more of this team. I will definitely be giving Trevor a call back in 6 months to refinance.

Overall this experience was nerve-racking as it was my first home buying experience but the whole team with veterans united did a great job at helping me through the whole process and explain anything I had questions about. On top of all that I know the whole Veterans United team is there for me if I have any questions even after the closing process.

We hit the jackpot with our mortgage team. Nick and Sarah were available and responsive and always there whenever and whatever we needed. They chose the perfect realtor for our home search. I ask all involved in the process to put emotions aside and provide accurate and truthful information. I’m not looking for an appealing but intangible information. Telling me the truth from the start with no hidden information would’ve reduced some back and forth in communication. It’s not all about earning commission but rather trust and reputation.
