We dealt with Keegan for our screen protectors and he was super patient with us. He did a great job with the putting the screen protector on and making sure there was nothing underneath. We will be back for his great customer service.

I first met William Green at the Madison st location and he was so patient and professional and worked diligently to reach my needs, It would happen that we would meet again at the Governors Mall where he would repeat the same acts of outstanding service ! I now feel more of a loyalty to Verizon based only on his extreme dedication to seeing that I walked out with exactly what I had asked for, compliantly stress free!! For all my future needs I will go out of my way to ensure that Mr. Green is the one I speak with!Thank -You Verizon for having people like him around ! & Thank -You William for all the true effort you put forward. Jeremy was absolutely wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process of getting my wife’s and I on a great plan and new phones! It was a hard process that takes a ton of patience that he mastered very well. Highly recommend coming and asking for Jeremy for help or any questions. Give him a raise ASAP.

We went there the day after Thanksgiving Alexander was very patient and helpful. Walked out with a new iphone for son and an Iwatch for the wife. He explained everything perfectly. We will be back to see him again for future upgrades. Highly recommend

I came into Verizon today and Ian helped me with adding a new line to my account, he also helped me set up my google account and showed me how to retrieve my email from both email account. He assisted me with my iCloud account by creating a new password.

Ian is so helpful! He sold me and my husband iPhones in June and it was so easy to get our phones set up with him. Unfortunately mine broke a couple months later and I had to get a new one with insurance so I called Ian and he set it up for me and was happy to do so! He treats you like a customer for life! Thank you Ian for being so helpful and kind!

First of all, Ian McCulloch has the best customer service hands down. We can here for new phone over Christmas and today came to change a phone. He went over all our plans and helped not only save money but get everyone one of 7 lines better plans that was needed. Would say you couldn’t go wrong with seeing him about PHONES ?

Had a great experience today in upgrading to my new iPhone 13 pro max., Josh really helped me out on my new phone in setting up everything on it. The Verizon inside the mall is the best. This is where I will shop from now on. I will tell all my friends to come here as well!
