William and Carlos both had great customer service. I would highly recommend this location if you need to upgrade your plan in-person.

If I could give William Greene 10 stars I WOULD! He went above and beyond helping us get our child’s phone unpaired and back to working! When I say this took more than a week, it did !

What an absolute treasure Kendra Collins is!! Such a phenomenal person with so many customer service attributes!! Helpful is an understatement. We will continue to use Kendra for any Verizon needs.
