“We just finished the event at the Cardinal room and let me just say it was a blast though I left the Coordination of the event to my 18 year old daughter that wanted to handle it and you know how kids sometimes forget and yes she forgot alot and I mean alot and wasn't fully prepared though this was a good lesson for her to plan things on paper and not just trying to remember everything March 30th at 4-10pm was perfect timing and the lady that was working help us out throughout the whole way with things that were needed that my child forgot without her quick help and easy going attitude (cause we know how kids can be loud and a bit of a nuisance sometimes) we were able to have a great 18th birthday party to remember. We will definitely use this venue in the future for our other daughter thank you again it was a great learning experience for us to in what to expect. The woman also help with set up as well which helps direct the you adults to set up and break down quickly with ease plus it was very affordable as well.”

“My brother got married at this location back in October and it was absolutely stunning. They set the bar so high by choosing this place, my sister and I joked that we won't be able to compete with such a location for our own weddings one day haha. The bride spoke so highly of the owners, the house is decorated wonderfully, the views of the rolling hillside and tobacco barn way off in the distance adds character, the reception area had huge seating indoors and outdoors. The actual wedding area sits peacefully and overlooks these lush hills, it was absolutely perfect for a fall wedding. any wedding in general, my mom even said had she known of this place before it's where she would've gotten married! Excellent place for an even more excellent price, you're definitely getting the money's worth here just in location. Groomsmen had a pool table in their area to pass time, nice!”

“I’m reviewing this as if it were an apartment. The facilities had everything we needed from a one bedroom suite, with a full kitchen including garbage disposal and dishwasher. The storage was more than adequate for a weeks stay of a family who works from home. We generally eat most of our meals at home too. We had our air frier because who would not leave home with out it? There is not an oven but they had all the dishes required for short term living. The hotel is currently under renovations and is looking nicer everyday. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs when asked and followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. Perfect for a PCS or TDY.

Rooms: The room and a workstation in the bedroom, a large universal table in the living room with a desk chair and accessible router to plug into, perfect for working from home. Two televisions, - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Small kitchenette with full size fridge and pantry. There was a comfy chair and pull out sofa. The bedroom had a nightstand, alarm clock, lamp, dresser and closet.

The pots and pan were heavy duty and highly recommend you wash/prewash your dishes because the dishwasher did not work well. We were satisfied because we generally pre scrub before the dishwasher anyway.

Safety: We felt very comfortable leaving our trailer unattended overnight. We did lock the trailer with a couple of methods.”
