This place is horrible, you call to check on a package nobody picks up. i ordered an expensive piece of jewelry that was supposed to be sent by fedex, my package has been sitting there for days just for them to tell me they never received it. But when i call the jeweler he says he saw they received it. sent me the information i can see that it has been in clarksville for over three days now but nobody knows where my package is and everybody in this place has a nasty attitude. i can literally say i have had multiple packages go missing. Even in New York it's not this bad. they really need to check the people there hiring, cause i would be willing to bet the packages are not going missing there workers are stealing them.....

Today, I have an appointment at USPS “2030 Wilma Rudolph Blvd” at 11am to get my passport. When I went in to see a lady in seat number 2 (short hair, dark skin and wearing glasses) I don't see her name on her jacket. It seemed she didn't bring her nameplate or hid it in her T-shirt.there was a problem with my form so she asked me to get another form from the middle table. when I asked her which sheet was correct. She didn't care and just pointed at the table. I pointed at the declaration form with my hand which I thought was correct. She shook her head but didn't pay close attention and continued doing her work. When I finished and brought the form to her, she told me I had filled out the wrong form and we needed to reschedule. So why didn't she say it right from the start when I asked her and just ignore it and waste our time?

Don't take kids to this location. They lose their minds if kids are being kids. It's not my fault the line extends out the door and so we are stuck waiting for 20 minutes to get to the front. Kids will get bored and start running around. As long as they aren't running into people or things and tearing things up I see no issue. The old bat behind the counter shouldn't be dealing with people if she can't handle that.

The manager needs to learn some manners. Lazy, rude, and absolutely unprofessional. She slammed the window so hard it startled the other customers in the store. Should have been fired a LONG time ago.

I was yelled at by this postal lady telling me I needed to calm down and lower my voice when I asked her where I could purchase tape. She said they don’t provide tape and never have (which is odd because they’ve had tape for me to use there before and they always tape my packages for me) She said I needed to buy a roll of tape. So I ask where the tape is and started looking for it, and she starts telling me to calm down and lower my voice for no reason. She even put her hands on my boyfriend to tell him he needed to control me. lol excuse me?The man standing near us said that she needed to calm down. And my boyfriend and I completely agreed. She also accused me of lying saying that there has never been tape to use before.Horrible customer service. Go to FedEx.She completely embarrassed me. I hope she has a great day and hope she doesn’t do the same to another young lady. (Moral of the story, never tell a woman to calm down or be quiet, especially when she isn’t loud or upset in the first place, but now I am ?)

Absolute garbage establishment. The man here apparently thinks flirting with little girls is appropriate. The two women apparently think actually helping any customer who isn't processing a passport is beneath them. I already have a deep hatred for the USPS and this place is very bottom of the list.

2 post office employees older female and older male were watching their phone together while having me waiting behind the sign and said they weren’t ready to take a customer at the counter.I think if they don’t want to do their job. Just quit someone else would be happy to take their position.

If I could give them a 0 I would, to start off. I dropped a package off in their box outside and they lost it and will not reimburse me even though my package had insurance on it so now I am out 30 dollars. Second every time I take a package inside they take DAYS to even acknowledge that it’s there and scan it so now I am constantly in fear they are losing all my mail. And last the people on the inside take forever and are almost always rude (which is why I drop my package off in the box outside) and now I can’t even do that so big waste of my time and money with this place…

This post office has changed my address multiple times without my permission. I have not gotten mail in over 2 months. I have not moved or put in a change of address. I have tried to resolve multiple times. Each time I am told my carrier has changed my address. Each time they claim to put in my proper address. Still have not gotten any mail. Today I got another address' mail. But not my own. At what point is think a crime? Does the portal service not drug tet employees anymore? Wait a week they say. Nothing. Wait another week they say. Nothing still. I repeat no mail in 2 months. Electric bills. Water bills. Hardee's coupons. Nothing. Where is the accountability? Mail tampering is a crime whether it be malicious or not, this pot office refuses to give me my mail. All of it, returned to sender. Because they can't do their jobs. Is it any surprise that their Google review is 1.7? That's worse than laughable. I will be contacting the postal inspector.

They were very busy today, but they did their job in a professional manner.They just need more cashiers working. That was way too much to put on 2 people. The customers were lined up to the door!

Yesterday 5/4/23 I saw the mail lady drive by on the other side of the street. I wait for her to come up my side of the street. I waited for important documents certified. They never came down to the EPP's residence. Instead in mail box a note left saying first attempt to reach me. Waited all today and package left where I'm staying and still no certified mail. Second time this stunt has happened here.

By far the worst customer service. Not helpful and had an attitude when asking questions. Told me to fill out a form and go to the back of the line after waiting 30 minutes and having 4 people addressed that were out of line ahead of me. When I stated I will just go to Fedex she rolled her eyes and said you'll pay more my response was at least they will help. I handed the card I filled out over to her to throw away and she tossed it back at me and said you can. I left went to Fedex spent maybe 5 minutes there and was done. Lesson learned I will use Fedex from now on.

Post master was not in that day, so next in charge is a screamer, cuts you off without listening to the problem for clear understanding of the mail situation. Screams at fellow employees too. It doesn't make things go faster, just frustrates customers and employees.

Avoid this location. I wish I could say I've had a decent experience. You cannot even expect the bare minimum here. These people do not give af about their job, and thrive off of bullying and being condescending to customers. Charlean was immediately hostile and interrupted me as soon as I would speak. Nothing was resolved.

8:30-5:00 pm but you have to wait in the line with everyone else who needs packages sent or passports processed. Knocked on the door cause I wasn’t waiting in line for that stuff. Lady at the counter told me that no one was available and I had to wait in line and then they would help me at the door… Didn’t make a lot of sense, then again I feel like half the people that work here are just tired of dealing with people. If you can’t deal with people, find a new job. Waited 30 minutes at this door. Still never got my mail. I’ll give them no stars if I could.
