They don’t answer their phone. If you are lucky, someone picks up, laughs and puts you on hold. Then they say still don’t pick up. Automation does not benefit the customer, just provides the employees more time to do nothing

No one picks up the phone. All I get is automated message and than a busy tone. Tried for several hours to get info on a package. Of course the national number couldn't do a thing and told me to reach out to the local office. What a joke. Answer your gosh darn phones!!!

The mail lady said she couldn’t access the mailbox or front patio even tho she left our neighbors mail in our mailbox meaning she clearly had access she has delayed our package twice we’ve been waiting longer than anticipated.

I absolutely hate dealing with them. They're always losing my packages and I can NEVER get ahold to someone when I need to because of their stupid automated messages. pick up the frickin phone. So now I have no clue where my package really is and I can't get anyone to help me. I waited weeks for it to come from Poland and now it's lost somewhere in this joke of a business. extremely disappointed.

Left a key for a parcel box in my mail for a package I had delivered. Or rather, they left a key CHAIN with no key attached to it.
Called customer service and they sent a message to this office. They called me back within 5 minutes, apologized for the inconvenience, and the package was on my doorstep later that day. Excellent service recovery.

I had an appointment, I was 4 minutes late to the start time of my 15 minutes and still within my appointment, the lady did not even attempt to help me and just waved me off while telling me I had to reschedule. I was within my appointment time and I cannot control traffic making me, again, 4 minutes late. now I have to wait another week to do this again ?
while waiting I did also notice nobody working here is respectful of anyone else in lines time. I was hoping the overwhelming negative reviews were exaggerated but unfortunately they are spot on in almost every post.

My clerk was a very nice, kind and patient lady. The wait times are long, but they are super busy, people are coming in non- stop. There were 3 clerks working very hard and giving full attention to each customer. It is a very busy place but during my time here, everyone was very professional ans nice.

We are lucky on harper road if we get mail 3 times a week. I have a delivery from Walmart and it says it should arrive today. Needless to say it is 730 at night and NO MAIL.

Terrible service. If you dislike what you do, just quit or remove yourself from the world. No point in being difficult. I wish I could ensure some of the employees had to live under a bridge for eternity.
